SKAM! They took my money around 100 USD and I never got anything! DONT order!!

The worst experience ever. After trying to cancel my order, they first lied that it has already been shipped (tracking information was updated only the next day). Now I am waiting for two week and nothing

Not impressed with gel and skinmedix service. The obagi foaming gel dried my face (broke out) out and when I returned the items skinmedix claimed that I did not include this product however they DID NOT KNOW THAT I TOOK A PICTURE OF THE PRODUCTS ALONG WITH THE USPS BAG. Honesty goes a long way. I want a refund immediately.

Awful. Avoid. Deliveries don’t arrive they do not reply to any emails. Scam.

They are SELLING samples that are CLEARLY marked samples "not for individual sale" . The photos of the samples are photoshopped to only say "samples" which implies they are different than the FREE manufacturer samples you can get at retail outlets. Complete rip off

I ordered a product & received no confirmation via email. I did get the product but it burnt my skin. I am unable to dispute the charges w/credit card provider w/out an invoice. An invoice w/ prices was not included w/the shipment. I cannot create or sign into an account because of their account glitch. They do not answer their customer service phone #. BEWARE

Appalling - I was promised delivery and received emails confirming the address but the items never arrived and there is zero customer support. Two months and no reply to repeat emails, no availability on phone lines. I thought this was an honest company. It’s a scam

Warning: Do not order from this company. I can testify from firsthand experience that they sell counterfeit products, and many of them are expired. This is unsafe and unacceptable.

I made an order and waited for it 2months, I never receive it. I asked for refund and they never answered again.They steal your money, they ask you to wait for the products which never arrives! Pure fraud!!

The company has no customer service at all. They do offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a defective product, nor they do they reply to the email to their customer support.

I purchased an Obaji face cream and I broke out in hives when I put it on. Obagi direct will honor the 30 day return policy for whatever reason you want to return it...even if it has been used. This company will not take it back as a return if it is opened. C'mon, how do you know you are allergic to a product if you don't use it?

I can only add my voice to the chorus of others that have used this company.

Once they have received your money they do not want any further contact with you - nothing!
No goods delivered - no tracking information, they do not respond to emails, and phone calls to the company are restricted.

The must only survive as a company, because customers do not do their Due Diligence, and look up Skinmedix reviews before parting with our money.

Best advice tis to stay away and not be taken in by this unscrupulous company.

Lesson learned - and the only saving grace for any customer who has paid by credit card is that they may get their money back. Here's hoping,

I ordered a product from this company and never received it. I have contacted them multiple times and got absolutely no response. No product, no refund, nothing.

I have also tried reaching out to the shipping provider and followed every possible step, but it’s impossible to get any real answers. The company completely ignores emails and messages.

This is extremely unprofessional and feels like a scam. Money taken, zero service, zero accountability. I strongly recommend staying away from this company.

I ordered two Obagi products and then found these terrible reviews. I panicked and immediately emailed the company (replying to the order confirmation email) to ask them to cancel my order. I received an email within 24 hours confirming cancellation and the money was refunded to my account in a couple of days.

Admittedly, I told the company I wanted to add more products to a new order (out of fear of being ghosted); whether I would be in funds today had I been honest about my reason for cancelling, I will never know.

Kudos to Skinmedix for refunding my money however I wouldn’t touch this company after reading about the awful experiences that people have had.

Scammers. Nothing arrived or was sent then the just keep promising to return or give you a refund

I placed and order on 29th August and never received my order. I was constantly emailing for an update and getting answers that it was on it's way, then it was on it's way back to america and they would resend it when it arrived back. That was the last I heard from them after sending approx 30 emails. I have requested a refund and still nothing. This is just theft!

Wish i had read these other reviews before i wasted over $300!! The company has no customer service at all. They do not offer any returns, exchanges or refunds if you are not happy with your products or if there is an allergic reaction. The products I ordered were NeoCutis and they are worthless. Worse than grocery store skin care. Anyway save yourself time, money and frustration DO NOT order from this company!! Terrible!!

My order was lost or stolen (they dropped parcel unsafely in common area of multi-unit building). SkinMedix refused to take any responsibility. Initial response was that they would conduct investigation. After multiple unanswered follow up emails and voice messages, they cut off all communication, no update on investigation, no replacement products, no refund. They do not pick up calls and do not answer emails. It is a fraudulent company, do not be scammed and deceived by their "reasonable" prices! You can lose hundreds of $ and will not hear from them ever again!

I ordered skinceuticals discoloration defense from this company. I have used this product for over year. What I received was either very old or a counterfeit product. Discoloration defense is never, nor should it be clear! I contacted the company through multiple emails and a unanswered call to customer service for an exchange. They never responded to any emails. This is an expensive product, which is unusable. I would never order from this company again nor would I ever recommend it.
