Amazing product
Amazing product, I have been using it for couple of years now consistently and saw significant improvement. My nails are stronger, my face is plumped up :) I always had dry hair and use bundle of other products for better hair so it’s hard to notice the difference. BUT overall highly recommended. My only request would be to pay a bit more attention to packing products. Some times it’s packed correct amount and other times less. Otherwise it’s quick delivery, great value for money and does exactly what it’s suppose to 🙂

The product was oxidised meaning unusable. The problem is that you knew about it and still sold the products.

Dear Santiago, we pur up a very large clear message on our product page to say the serum was partly oxidised (however it was safe to use and still 1 year within its expiry date) but we still had hundreds of requests to contune to sell this so we made a 95% discount and made it crystal clear about the condition of the goods.
The stock quickly sold out and the product has now been discontinued. it is never ever our intention to upset any customer and we have already issued you with a full refund the moment we receved your complain. we have learned from this sitation and will never ever offer a masively discounted less then perfect product for sale again no matter how many request we get from our happy loyal customers.

Yes, your agent called me and promised to send me an apology in the form of your product, where it’s? since that call I have not received anything what you promised….for more than a year! and I don’t order anything from your company….why are you lying? This is already an insult!

Dear Osky we called you to discuss this and you told us that one of the free sample serums we sent you was empty. We explained that over 100'000 of these sample tubes were produced and there must have been a faulty one in the batch, which is normal for such a large production.
We explained that it was not used, just empty and we then sent you a whole set of multiple samples worth over £40 and you promised to update your review to explain that we would never ever in a million years send used samples to our happy loyal customers. We notice that you have continued to purchase from us regularly over the years, since this message was first published and thought it would be prudent to explain the situation on this highly regarded reviews platform.

I love the feel and smokey smell of the night…
The dermal roller is fantastic, and I love the quick absorption and smokey smell of the night moisturising cream. Nothing else like it (most creams that have a smell are floral fragranced, which I really dislike).

Skin pep enzyme and acid peel
This is the only enzyme peel I will buy for my skin clinic, I have tried a few and nothing is as good as this! Service is always great and fast, absolutely love the samples included which allows me to try out other products from time to time. Thank you for the excellent service time and time again!

Love skin pep whitening gel
My first time using skin pep teeth whitening products was a gift. This is my second purchase. The product I use is the syringes with the UV light. You don't need much it does a great job at whitening and brightening your nashers. I use it every couple of months just to whiten my teeth up as I'm a smoker. It does a great job at cleaning them up. Would definitely recommend. I'll definitely be buying again......
