Skintific Avis 43

I ordered the Jeffrey star approved foundation from skintific. I selected the colour honey, but when it went to checkout it automatically deselected my colour and selected porcelain instead. As a mixed person, this was now no good for me. I paid £17 for this product and immediately emailed their customer service team requesting that the right shade be sent. I sent this email as soon as the order went through. I never received a response to this day. So I sent them a private message on instagram. I was basically told it was my fault for selecting the wrong shade, but when I explained that I had emailed them and they never responded, they reluctantly agreed to look in to it. The product arrived. I asked them for a return address and didn’t take the product out of the packaging. I never received a return address. I gave the product away in the end concluding that I was never going to be able to return the product because their customer service team is so shockingly bad at doing their job. Eventually they asked me to take a picture of the product to make sure I hadn’t damaged it, and I told them to forget it. It took weeks for me to get this far so just forget the whole thing. I was told that since I could not provide evidence of the packaging they could assist me no further. Constantly putting the blame on to the customer. Terrible. I am out of pocket and without a product.

I placed an order on Skintific's website (Order Number: 1094242), attracted by their advertisement of "fast shipping." However, immediately after completing the purchase, I realized their actual processing time takes 7 to 14 days just to leave the warehouse, plus the transit time.
Because of this misleading information, I cancelled my order on the exact same day I made it. I received a response stating that their refund department would contact me shortly.
It has now been 6 days, and I have received absolutely no updates, no emails, and no refund for my €24.91 payment. My emails are being completely ignored by the relevant team as they call it. This is unacceptable for a global brand.
I demand the immediate refund of my money (€24.91 plus international fees). Do not buy from them if you expect transparent shipping times or proper customer service. I am already filing a chargeback dispute with my bank.

Ordered 2 of the foundations in the colours I would normally wear but came out ALOT lighter than others by the same shade. Tried the lip serum and the gloss is gone within minutes. Lovely enough products but definitely won’t be ordering again. Lip serum is not for people who don’t want to spend their day reapplying.

I ordered multiple items of different shades and thry sent me ALL the same shade. I had a video screen recording of what I had ordered and CUSTOMER service just said 'we can't help you'
Absolutely disgusting. Sent multiple emails and the video but they still won't help.

System Glitch in Adding Items to Cart.

I had selected the right products I wanted but these were not showing up accurately in my cart. I kept redoing the selection but it kept adding one shade.

Thought okay maybe they can see the right shades in the back end that customers can't see.
Then I purchased and emailed them to confirm the colours in my order. They told me the wrong shade was my order and I should confirm the right colours so they can follow up with the relevant team.
I confirm the right colours and they email me back saying nothing can be done. I cannot also return. Basically I am stuck with 4 pieces of a shade that I didn't even select in the first place.
What is the essence of good products and lack of efficient systems for purchasing and returns?

I’ve been using Skintific products for a while now, and I’m honestly impressed! The formulas feel lightweight on the skin but still super hydrating. I didn't get my order! Until now 37 days pass after pay money, I receive only auto reply mail to wait&wait, in progress investigate, not any plan to return my money back.
I try to follow every 5 days but seem I talk to AI.

That really bad process to follow up to get my money back fron Skintific.

I fall for all these new makeup trends and they are always a fail. I absolutely love Skintific. It goes om so smoothly and clean. You don’t need a lot either unless you want cakey makeup. I am fair skin but I use the vanilla and it compliments my skin. Covers up imperfections. I am going to buy more!!! Great creamy texture no scent. Clean beautiful makeup.
