Friendly yet Professional service.
Made me feel really comfortable and the results are amazing...
I can't stop looking on the mirror. It's exactly what I wanted.
Subtle enough to look natural, not changing how I look just rewinding to a few years back, I'm so pleased.
Even with slight swelling it looks good, imagine how I'll feel abd look once that settles.
See you in 18 months for my top up skinviva!

I had a non surgical rhinoplasty with Dr Amy. I had an initial consultation that was not rushed at all. She discussed what I wanted, what she could realistically achieve, the risks and the procedure in detail with no pressure to go ahead. I did go ahead and I am so happy I did. The results are amazing. This is something that has affected my confidence for years and I am ecstatic with the results! The procedure was painless and Dr Amy really made me feel like she cared about how much this has affected my confidence. I could not recommend SkinViva enough. All their staff are without exception kind, professional and caring. I could not be happier. Thank you!

Had my lips done today and I’m very pleased

Unfortunately my experience was not a positive one. I booked in with a professional clinician to have filler and it went wrong! The time and effort I had to put in to try to get this rectified if possible was unbelievable. I made numerous phone calls with no follow ups.
I submitted a formal complaint that went nowhere. My last hope was contacting Dr Tim by his online email as he doesn't treat clients there anymore. In my email I asked if I was actually speaking with Dr Tim, he confirmed that I was. I explained fully what had happened, I also provided him with photographic evidence and call logs. The response from Dr Tim was not only confusing but with complete disregard to my complaint.
I've discovered that SkinViva are not covered by the Care Quality Commission or any other governing body as far as I'm aware. So, if something goes wrong your complaint will go nowhere.

which I feel is an attempt to deflect from my experience. They now acknowledge a complaint exists... Yet in a previous response from them (which has now been deleted) they were adament that they did not have any customer complaints.
I am just thankful to be able to share my experience on this platform.

I did the foundation botox and dermal fillers course with Sharryn. It was a great day overall. From going in feeling nervous and unsure what to expect to coming out feeling confident in the skills I had learnt was amazing! Sharryn was a great teacher, made me feel comfortable and took her time to ensure everyone got the most out of the day. Already booked my next course!

First appointment today with Dr Amy who was extremely reassuring and explained all the options available to me for my needs, very well. The procedure itself was initially a little uncomfortable but really not painful and I was reassured all the way through. Very pleased with the results, minimal bruising and a little swelling but nothing particularly noticeable.

I have had my Botox done here for about 6 years . Seems to be a bit more expensive than other people I know but you get what you pay for. Great clean clinic, proper consultation every time , must be good stuff they use as it last for months . I only feel the need to go twice a year . Very little bruising, if anything . Docs are great and receptionist is a little star.

I took an appointment with Lilija, the skin therapist to do chemical Peeling. It was my first time and honestly this lady is amazing both personal and professional. She makes you feel so comfortable, she knows exactly what she is doing, she walks you through the steps, explains the process, and gives you great recommendations and advises on what to use for your skin and how to use it. The session was amazing, And I can’t wait to see the results.

I saw Sharyn today for chin shaping and to stop the dimpling. It’s my third visit to skin viva and I’ve never been disappointed, Sharyn was a lovely person who advised what I needed and showed me the results as we went along. I will definitely be returning as I’m very happy with the results. The Lady on reception was lovely too, very friendly. It’s a lovely clean clinic and you are advised well on what you need. Thank you !!

I seen Lilija today for a skincare consultation and she was amazing! She gave me a lot of useful advice and was very knowledgeable about skin and skincare etc. I really got a lot out of the consultation and can’t wait to see my results! Thank you

It's always a difficult mission to pick the right place, especially when it's your face at the forefront of whatever treatment you will get. I am always wary of any beauty treatment as it could go very right or very wrong and no one wants the latter. SkinViva not only got it very right, but they were just on another level.

Amazing location, great-looking reception/very clean treatment rooms, friendly and professional staff welcoming you in, everything organised, text message reminders about appointments, quick call pick-ups to re-arrange your appointments if need be, online consent forms making it easier to fill out in your own time and so much more.

Truly amazing in what they do but for me, it was Liliya, the skin specialist who did my wonderful treatment. From the first time we met, she was friendly, always smiled, bubbly, listened, asked the right question and made the whole experience feel so enjoyable and more personable. As a result, I booked two more appointments and will book another three in 6 months' time as her service and the results from the micro needing have exceeded my expectations.

I would recommend anyone to give SkinViva a go, you won't regret the service at the end of the day and you 100% won't regret the treatment and advice from those who truly care about how you feel when you come in and how you leave looking like a whole new you.
