Skinwallet Avis 3 450

I wrote a review here in 2020 that was removed by Trust Pilot.

I used skinwallet to cash out skins and it was very effective and straight forward. I never cashed out skins before and just wanted to see if it was feasible so I cashed out 33$ worth of cs skins and got the aforementioned net amount over PayPal.

To clarify, I am not trying to write a novel about this experience, so in my removed review (listed below) every g should be interpreted as great (experience) with many many g's expressing that it was a very great experience. I've also added the original cashout TX ID, because this is a genuine review and not just spam

SCAM ALERT!!!!!!!!!!!!! all expensive items from site are already withdrawn by the owner.

I wanted to try out the website, I logged in to the site via Twitch log-in. The next day, my twitch account is banned for advertising/spamming. I am thankful that I didn't login with my steam first

got scammed 3 years ago and never got my money and lost all my skins as payment was cancelled by Red Sky Sp. z o.o

I like this app very much because it's easy way,

Scammed me out of a nice pair of King Snake gloves GG.

Unable to withdraw the money and then you get a "inactive fee" which drains the money on your account by a percentage until it's gone.

Also buying other skins and then withdrawing them is also not an option, their withdrawal function is mere cosmetic, there is no Bot offer, you try to go back to your inventory to retry:
"You trade is pending"

Item can't be attempted to be withdrawn again.

Yeah lesson learned, stay away from this Scamwallet.

After email contact, still nothing.
Just only 2 message from them, for required more info, and when i gaved them no answer.

Whole wallet is wiped due to "inactivity fees", but the only reason for inactivity is because I wasn't able to withdraw since they claimed their services were unavailable during the time period I have tried to withdraw my funds. Don't use this website.

Habe alle meine Skins über diese Seite verkauft, am Anfang lief alles gut Auszahlung war schnell und wenig Gebühren. Vor einiger Zeit wurde diese Seite von einer anderen aufgekauft, seitdem kann man über die Seite keine Auszahlung mehr vornehmen. Support über die Website funktioniert nicht, es wird angezeigt das es einen Live Chat Support gibt aber die Links funktionieren nicht. Support über die Email verweist auf den nicht vorhanden Live Chat Support, weitere Nachfragen werden garnicht mehr beantwortet. Ich habe nun einige Monate gewartet in der Hoffnung das sich was verändert, aber immernoch alles wie beschrieben. Vielleicht Scam, hab auf jeden Fall meine Hoffnung verloren...

Basically what i got is a scam.I transfered some crates to them in value of 19.50 euros (site tranzasction id 59da9527-f96a-4783-bc34-c11fddba68b7) on 6/16/2023.Atm its 04/05/2024, 1 year and they say ,,We could not finish your trade because your Steam account has an Escrow (Trade Hold).,, I dont know if its trustworthy but a big dislike for this...I will come back and eventually delete this review if i get the crates back...

Edit: i got my money back but i think that this site is based on this, if u text them they give u the money if u dont, the wont. my friend has the same ptoblem but with 1 $

Payment was not received. There was an initial problem with PayPal. After contacting support 3 times the following 2 months, and showing proof that I have not received the funds via screenshots. I have yet to receive the payment for my items.

I can't thank support team members, Harry and Interstellar, enough for their outstanding assistance! After a tough situation where I nearly lost half of my funds on the site, their team stepped in and helped me recover everything to my PayPal account swiftly. Their dedication and professionalism truly saved the day. Thank you so much, Harry and Interstellar!

I was waiting for „instant cash out” for almost 3 weeks!!!

It took more than 1 month to receive my money and always with excuses

didnt go so smoothly. I sent the skins and it took like few days them to verify those, then I took my moneys to my paypal and it took one week to arrive as they promised them to arrive in 48hours and they sent less than what they was supposed to send

I had a bit of trouble with the money but a conversation with support helped me a lot and I'm getting my money, I highly recommend it

So used skinwallet around 13/14 days ago. The experience was anything but smooth. I sent the skins and the payment to me error'd (apparently issues with their bots) If this is their normal way of dealings would I return? no.

However they did eventually rectify my problem but from reading the reviews of others who've experience similar I will update my review but giving my opinion on what I feel would of helped in my situation.

1. Basic customer service skills/communication - if there is a problem and it's a serious and time consuming as you made this out to be. Then give the customer a time line. It's not good saying 'an admin will be in touch shortly' and 'payments will be starting to be sent in a few days' for a week later no payment made/0 communication on the delay or time frame. In short keep people in the loop and set time frames. If they're delayed it's not ideal but atleast we aren't kept wondering.

2. Overhaul your payment system - I've seen a few issues from bot errors or payment accounts supposedly dry.

3. Website banner/Chain email to warn of potential delays and time-frames. Save your support staff being overwhelmed with support tickets by communicating issues this way as they arise.

I feel if you address these issues, you would elevate your customer service levels and avoid easily avoidable complaints.

Ultimately my issue was sorted but 3 star is still the best I can review as I feel things could of gone a lot smoother while dealing with the issue.
