The correspondence is appalling to say the least. I placed an order which I fully paid for 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything back. Have emailed but the replies were very generic and never addressing the questions I asked. Absolutely applying. These are aimed at those with ADHD, ASD in a lot of there advertising, they obviously are using this as a selling tool only, they obviously have no clue at all due to the lack of correspondence and the impact this has and could cause to those. Absolutely shocking, appalling and disgusting behaviour from this company. Have taken action in relation to all this as feel that other customers should not have to endure what I have.

Since my post I have had an email back to say it has been dispatched and they had run out of stock. This was never corresponded and has not been updated on the order details so still not sure if this is true, but whatever the outcome the correspondence and updates and the fact that none of my questions were answered is not acceptable. The email I did receive to tell me the above to be honest still never answered my questions or responded to the fact I was going to report this as potential fraud to my bank as well as Trading Standards due to my personal concerns as well as therefore feels very generic and potentially just replying with this information to make me feel better. This is my personal experience but also do not want others to experience the same if that is the case.

So i got a gun to show off to my friends, (i brought the red glock 18) when it shipped it was not automatic. I expected it to be a automatic gun. They have no notifier that it says "none automatic gun".

Like a previous poster, we too have spent 5 weeks wondering if we'd been scammed. The order finally turned up, its OK, bit of plastic basically loose in a bag, no box or instructions.

SCAM

Ordered mine almost 2 months ago, the tracking update stopped 1 month ago saying that my package was rejected at Netherlands border due to importing laws.
I’ve been contacting the costumer service to sort this out, the only replies I get are probably A.I. generated automatic and generic replies that don’t even try to answer my questions.

I am going to do everything in my power to have this illegal business taken down and the people that run it treated as the criminals they are.

I felt I needed to write a review as my son and I read the reviews AFTER we'd purchased and then felt like we'd been conned.
We ordered on the 14th of February, free shipping to the UK, and it arrived on the 5th of March.
The biggest issue for us was that we had no idea the shipping was going to take so long- if the website or the order confirmation had told us, we wouldn't have spent a month worrying that we'd lost £40.
It wasn't clear that it was coming from overseas...

I emailed the customer service twice and got quick, personalised replies both times.

My son is over the moon with the guns- he bought one for him and one for his friend as a birthday present.

Would we buy from them again? Probably, yes- we'll see how the guns hold up.

I hope this review helps settle the mind of anyone who has ordered and feeling nervous!

I found this toy amazing, it has everything it is said to include but the bullets are hard to find and they only give 20 so spare them. The only bad thing I have to say is that their delivery is free but it takes a few months to reach. They must have done something to pull this gimmick off and give free shipping. It’s free shipping but it’s not quality and it’s definitely not fast. I would recommend going somewhere else to buy the toy because in the end they are dropshippers, if you want free shipping and can afford to wait, go for it.

Same has happened to me as everyone else. Bought and paid for items, no emails, can't contact them. No items have arrived after weeks and no shipping advice has been sent. Absolutely disgraceful.

Go onto Temu and you'll see that exact item for 1/2 sometimes even 1/4 the price. Literally all they are doing is drop shipping and charging you 50% more 😭😭😭

I wish I could give this company 0 stars, giving 1 star is much too kind! Company is a SCAM!

This was the only thing my Neurodiverse son wanted for Christmas.

I ordered it on the 20th November, paid for it and it has never been delivered.
The only response I have received to my countless emails requesting a refund is “it’s coming. It’s in transit.” 🙄 So it’s been ‘in transit’ for 3 MONTHS now and they refuse to give my money back.

It’s bad enough that they are scamming people out of money but absolutely disgraceful that they have the audacity to market to people that live with Anxiety and Neurodiversity!

Pretty good I already wrote a review on how I thought I got scammed and but I was wrong you just need to have a little patience it’s just what they said it does make the most ear tickling sound and the only thing that prevented this to getting a 5 is not enough bullets but other then that I’m pretty happy
