Shockingly bad company. I used these for a subscription the other year and cancelled due to poor service but thought I’d give them another go. Constantly fobbed off with excuses as to why the order hasnt been sent so I cancelled as things are clearly crap still!

Scam company. Ordered 11th August today is the 27th August and nothing. I have been in touch with the shipping company who say they haven’t even received a package to deliver! Customer service stopped responding once I presented them with that information. Stay well away.

Yeah been over a week now for coffee to be shipped. Wish I read previous reviews before ordering now. Have emailed asking what’s going on and no reply. Won’t buy again

Placed order on 09/08 and was not shipped until 21/08. Only delivery option is express at £3.49, which is fine but not happy that it took 12 days to be shipped.
Received no clear answer from customer service.
Tried coffee and extremely disappointed! May be high caffeine but not strong at all- actually quite tasteless.
Overall rubbish experience. Would not buy from this company again.

Still waiting for order to be shipped, contacted customer service got an email stating my order would be made priority and shipped within 24-48 hours. Still nothing so message again got same Amanda and write the exact message word for word. So just a copy and a paste. Will never order again.

Excellent coffee and customer service. Can't say any of the negative comments relate to any experience I have had. Got a great collection of mugs going on too.

Still waiting for the coffee Grinder I ordered 10 days ago. I just get A1 generated replies to my emails.

Skull crusher coffee is horrible! Worst customer service ever. Ordered from them July 2nd, label wasn't created till the 11th, then it never moved. Couldn't get a straight answer from the company, then I get an email August 4th that suddenly it was returned to them by the carrier. I have canceled my order and asked for a refund I'll be taking my business elsewhere

Ordered on wednesday and had it on Friday. Its bloody strong too. Love it

The fact I made the effort to write this suggest how terrible of a company they are to deal with… zero communication, order placed 01st July, managed to get a quick reply on Instagram saying they would reply… then nothing, absolutely a joke factory

I ordered from this company before reading the reviews and then panicked but I didn't need to worry!! Ordered Monday, delivered Thursday and tried the coffee this morning and loved it!!! Reminded me of holiday coffee at breakfast in Orlando!¡

They charged me 3 times for 1 order!!! Been chasing their supposed customer service and no response in days! Will now need to do an indemnity claim. Do not buy from Skullcrusher!!

I had no issue with delivery other than a short delay because of black friday offer however the coffee is absolutely rancid.
I bought 4 different types and all were just different flavour with the same horrible tasting coffee underneath. It is just cheap nasty coffee beans with loads of caffeine added and caffeine itself tastes horrible, so it is even worse.
I let others I know try it as I was going to put it in the bin if they did not want it. 7 different people did not like it and 3 of them said it made then feel sick straight after, which I do agree with.
Alot of people online saying people that don't like it don't like strong coffee but I love strong coffee, this is just horrible.
Never will buy from this company again, if that was not already clear and hope everyone else will too.
One last thing I have no proof but I am sure they buy reviews and comments onlije and social media.

UPDATE…. Coffee order received after 2 months 😂 supposed to have a high caffeine content but finding I still use the same amount of coffee for desired strength which is 3 shots.

Pretty sure this company is a scam. I paid for coffee and didn’t receive anything after a month. They provided a couriers please tracking number but couriers please tell me no such number exists on their system. Contacted the company who insists the order is still coming and said tracking number is correct.

All while sending me 100 emails offering me a free mug and t-shirt. All I wanted was coffee, not other crap merch.

I ended up having a to get a refund through my bank.

Absolutely no customer service. Royal Mail lost my parcel, and these guys told me to sort it out.
After I found out all the information, they said they would send out a replacement but I had to pay for postage again? It takes them 3-4 days to answer emails( sometimes they don't answer at all). After over a month I have had to go through PayPal to get my money back. I really hope the owner reads these as whoever's running the show needs sacking

Coffee is subpar. But the one star is mainly due to their never ending emails. You can unsubscribe from them over and over and over and over etc but they will still email you. Sort you customer service out and people will actually like you!

Love the Coffee, hate the customer service.
Had a problem with a T shirt, contacted customer services, several times, eventually told to return for a replacement.
Been a month now and STILL waiting.
And like others didn't get the extra free mug.

Do not buy from this company! I brought a bag around a year ago. Cancelled subscription and what do you know, I got sent another order around a year later. Please remove your payment option on your account or you will randomly get sent a bag and get charged 70 aud for a 500g bag! of terrible tasting coffee. Tried several times messaging them to no avail. Terrible if any customer service. Please save your money.
