Fantastic service and products!

Ordered a large drinking horn with stand, 3 horn cups, a raven necklace, an Odin spear necklace, Mjolnir necklace and bracelet. They had amazing communication when I didn't put my address in properly, sent it quickly and refunded my shipping as I got it for free. The quality of the jewlery and horns are fantastic, I love them to bits!

Still waiting on my bracelet however they had told me they will send it after as it was in production. Person I spoke to was lovely and even asked questions to make sure I got the wrist size right! Not many companies double check.

I am really happy with my items and will definitely order from them again soon! ♡

I can only echo all of the other…

I can only echo all of the other reviews about shoddy customer service.
I ordered a Mjolinir armband for my nephews 18th birthday. They sent me an email to say that postage would be delayed due to the Christmas holidays, which I was fine with. Just after Christmas, I received a refund, with no explanation. This was disappointing because I was left with mo present, but at least I got my money back. I then sent an email to ask what was going on, and whether I could reorder, what the problem was, etc. To which I haven’t received a reply.
I don't know if this is some sort of scam site, or if it’s just bad communication on their part, but either way, it would be best to avoid this company.
I’ve now bought the same product from a Greek firm called Northlord, (who got it to me within 2 days of ordering) which suggests that the products on their website are not made by them as they state.

Sold defective products, then ghosted me

Sold me a defective tankard that leaked. Refused to provide service, exchange or returns. Ghosted me eventually, had to perform a credit chargeback dispute through my credit card company. Had the cheek to be sassy too.

I ordered a special gift, that wasn't exactly cheap, and have heard nothing since. I have emailed, twice, I have attempted live chat with absolutely zero response. The gift was for a 40th birthday, I understand that things can come up, but to go no contact is disgusting customer service. I should have listened to the reviews, but I gave them the benefit of the doubt. I wish I hadn't. Not only am I down the funds to buy another gift, but it's also too late now... I'm fuming.

Absolutely no customer service

Absolutely no customer service, ordered an item, emailed multiple times asking for an update on when to expect it (was happy to wait just wanted some reassurance it was on the way) and got not a single reply, weeks later I get a “how did we do email” to which I replied and again got no reply just an automated email saying you’ve been refunded after I said I’d have to make a charge back via bank. I tried email and the online chat to get hold of them and not one reply.

Save your money, shop somewhere else

I ordered 3 items, only 1 turned up, they were for my husbands birthday so it was really disappointing not to receive what i paid for, I sent 2 emails, but they didn't have the curtesy to reply to either one, dreadful company, I will not use them again

Tree of Life

I ordered a Tree of Life stainless steel bracelet on Sunday,it came 3 days later amazing customer service. Bracelet is well worth the money and is a quality item. Will use them for all my viking needs.

Inferior product AND Service.

My name is Oli, 34, living in Berkshire.

Recently I ordered a few items and accessories direct from the Skullvikings.com site recently and am disgusted at the product inferiority (especially in comparison to how it appeared on the website, unfortunately I can't attach photos or I would) AND stark lack of customer service.
I realise now there is no product review section which should have been a big red flag, I also did not sign up by e-mail for their "deals and promotions" by checking out as guest so that'll teach me for not selling my data consent as now I cannot even sign back in to review my order.
However, I tried talking to the AI chatbot, also to no avail, only to be told (In the current month of May) "We are closed until 28th of december...".
I could take a small hit to the wallet now and then but the icing on the cake is that they refunded me a partial amount, without notice or reasoning, BEFORE I received the product. Then when my items came, i quickly realised they had replaced the horn tankard with a different tankard entirely. A smaller one, which i didn't want or ask for.

Sufficed to say I doubt I will ever buy from them again. But if the matter goes unresolved I will be spreading the word through the festivals I attend, one of which is the Valhalla Vikings fest in Basingstoke this year to which they are either partnered or in conjunction with and likely pursuing legal action too.

Drinking Horns Top Notch

Recently made an order for some drinking horns from Skull Vikings. I had a request with the order and they went above and beyond. Very happy and would use again in the future. The horns that arrived were great quality and will make perfect groomsmen gifts. Thanks again!

Great small company with a personal touch.

I ordered a rabbit fur pelt , this arrived fast and beautifully packaged along with personalised note again beautifully presented. I wouldn't hesitate to buy from this company again. Felt valued as a customer and that's a rare trait these days.

No response to emails, Instagram, contact us form

I wanted to buy an item I've seen on the Valhalla Viking festival (where they have been and which they also fund), because I was hesitant to buy it on the day. So I contacted them via email, via Instagram and also tried via the Valhalla Viking festival Facebook page (as their own one on the website doesn't work) and didn't got any reply. Nothing at all, not even an "sorry we're busy try later" or something. And reading the reviews here now makes me think I should probably glad to not have bought from them. So experiencing this "customer service" is definitely not making me wanting to buy anything from them now.... sad, because really liked that one specific horn I found and can't find the exact one online.

Avoid!

Avoid. Product not delivered and no response from them to my emails. No decency. Companies like this should be shut down. I think they must think they're living in the 10th century where you could just rip people off!

Received item at last

In January I messaged skull vikings about an item and they responded very quickly to my questions. I then decided purchased the item and paid in full late January, since then I have heard nothing from them at all.

I have emailed them numerous times via their email address and also on there online help but i have received no response at all.

I have contacted Google to get my money, if that fails I will contact my bank directly and then it will be the small claims court and trading standards.

I will keep an update on the trust pilot so everyone can see what kind of company they are and if they resolve the problem.

Purchased 29th January Fenrir - wood carving ( in black ) £119.95
Numerous emails to them in February
No response
Contacted Google Pay 18th February
Awaiting Google response- will update soon.
UPDATE
Asked Google to wait as tonight - 25th February I received an email from skullvikings with a royal mail tracking number, Will update again soon.

Received item 27th February, which is so beautiful with a written apology. I don't mind waiting and understand delays but all you had to do to save all this hassle was send me an email and let me know what was happening.

Extremely poor customer service

I purchased a Christmas gift which turned out to be damaged. I have contacted them via all channels that they advertise via, with NO response.
Extremely poor customer service, take your money and run.

They even have the cheek to put on their website under contact us a statement stressing that they have the right to be treated with respect and no abuse.......
But they don't have the decency to contact their customers with a faulty product!!!!!!!!
