Hemos revisado cuidadosamente nuestros registros y no encontramos ningún pedido con sus datos en nuestra tienda. Además, el producto que menciona (cafetera de camping en lata) no forma parte de nuestro catálogo.

Es posible que haya realizado la compra en otra tienda distinta. Le rogamos que revise su comprobante de compra para confirmar el vendedor correcto.

Hemos verificado que su paquete se encuentra actualmente retenido en la aduana de Argentina debido a que es necesario que el destinatario pague el impuesto de importación correspondiente. Lamentablemente, en Argentina no está permitido que nosotros como empresa extranjera paguemos ese impuesto en su nombre, lo cual es una regulación local ajena a nuestro control.

En la mayoría de los países, estos cargos pueden ser cubiertos por el remitente, pero en el caso específico de Argentina, las normativas aduaneras exigen que el propio comprador realice ese trámite. Le recomendamos comunicarse con las autoridades aduaneras locales para completar el proceso y así liberar su paquete.

The "buy 2 and get 1 free" promotion applies when you purchase two disks, and you will receive an additional disk for free. However, since you only ordered one disk, you received the correct quantity.

We understand that this may not be the outcome you were expecting, but unfortunately, we cannot provide an additional saw or a refund in this case.
