I just placed a pricey order for products in May and paid $49 for a one-year membership to get a discount. Only a month later, they emailed me to say my membership was cancelled. They offered a 75% discount on about 5 products that I don’t use as a consolation. When I complained, they said they would not refund my membership because I received the benefits of membership ONE TIME. Completely greedy and classless way to run a business.

UPDATE:
SkyandSol replied to my review and encouraged me to give them more information, making it appear that they would review the matter. I did that before submitting the above review on Trustpilot. In full transparency, here’s the reply that I received:

This the best sunscreen I have ever used! Worth every penny! Does not run in your eyes and makes your skin so soft! Once you try Sky &Sol you’ll never use another chemical or mineral sunscreen.

I tried the sunscreen and loved it. Very light weight, not sticky, and no smell. After I tried my friends I knew I had to purchase my own.

But I am not here to talk about the products. They are great but I’m here to talk about the customer service. Unfortunately had a shipping issue, I contacted the company and their prompt response was enough to make me feel at ease. They are personable and understanding. Not only did they make me feel at ease they were the ones to reach back out to me about making it right after the package did not show up. I did not feel worried that I would not get my products and Gabby, was so kinda throughout the whole process! That alone would make me purchase again ! I appreciate company that has real people who truly care about their customers ! Products and customer service 10 stars if I could !! I will be a life time customer !!

I am very happy with the Sky & Sol Two step deoderant. It doesn't have chemicals and it works to eliminate body odor. Very satisfied!

As an outdoor enthusiast with sensitive skin, I really appreciate Sky and Sol for their moisturizer and their sunscreens. They may be pricier than some other products, but it’s really worth it.

Used the 30 spf at the beach yesterday. Applied to my face, neck and chest. Was at the beach 2 hours, in and out of the water. It did a great job. How do I know? I didn’t apply to my back and guess who got sunburn on her back? Me!

I love everything about this company. I had seen it all over social media and was so tempted to try it because I was trying to use only the cleanest ingredient products due to a very bad long term eczema flare up on my body. I was just hesitant due to fearing it wa a just a hype. Their sun block caught my eye first as I would typically avoid sun blocks due to being full of garbage ingredients. I first ordered their trial pack. Was instantly hooked on their serum and lip jelly. I ended up taking the plunge and ordering a whole bunch of stuff and loved it all. The products worked great for my skin issues!!! I was hooked. I use multiple products a day. The oil cleanser, the Blemish cream, and the deep repair cream. The sunblock works amazing and now I can be protected without worry of what I’m baking into my skin. I can’t wait to see what else they come out with. I also love and appreciate their amazing customer service. I’ve reached out many times with questions and they are always quick to help.

Everything actually WORKS. I see improvement right away! The hand creams, the serums, my skin show improvement right away. The sunscreens go on so nice and everything smells great!

Sky and Sol has the best sunscreen I've ever used, including many different mineral options. I now have converted most of my family and my partner!

I also love their everyday moisturizer, as it was the only tallow-based one I could find that didn't cause breakouts on my sensitive skin. For dry skin you do need a serum underneath (haven't tried theirs yet), but it's fantastic and isn't greasy and my skin has only had positive reactions.

I also had to recently cancel a subscription order that I didn't catch in time via their support and had support within 5 minutes resolving my issue! Incredible!

I ordered 2 sunscreens, i have ordered before, and like the product. I received the order 3 weeks later, and they sent moisturizer instead. I have reached out multiple times via email ( the only way i can find) and had no response. I sent a request through shopify as well, so i have to blackball their customer service as being difficult to contact and unresponsive.
Well, it turns out i ordered from a third party site when i thought it was sky and sol, i should have recognised the email as a fraudulent one! I hereby retract any negative comments about sky and sol, when i finally contacted them directly, they set me straight, i do like their product. The fraudulent email was not allowed to be posted here

I love these products. I am a very sensitive person and these products are amazing and clean. Sky and Sol has fantastic customer service!

I recently had a bone marrow transplant. Because of treatment from immunosuppressant drugs, chemotherapy and radiation, my lips and skin became extremely dry. Unfortunately, coconut oil on wet skin did not work. I wanted something all-natural (no toxins) to be applied to my skin. I came across Sky & Sol on social media. I went to their website and read how their products included pure tallow. I had been wanting to try that on my face/body for so long. I tried their Tallow soap which is amazing!! I use it on my face and whole body - nothing but pure bliss (so much lather)! Next came their overall body moisturizer 'The Everything Cream' - double WOW! I cannot believe how my skin feels so much 'younger' and smooth - no flakey dry ugly looking skin! Then came the Lip Jelly SPF 25 - my lips are no longer dry and peeling. To finish it off, I also bought their Face & Body Sunscreen SPF 50 as I needed something with lots of protection to prevent skin cancer. This is non-greasy and no white residue is left behind. Overall I give Sky & Sol a 5 star +++++!!!

SkyandSol tallow sun cream is fantastic!
Used it in very hot weather for a couple of days, mainly on my face and neck. Felt protected and worked well. No greasiness and zero white residue. My 10 year old daughter is very fussy about suncream and had no complaints! I’ll be ordering some more! Thank you!!

I used to love this product, however, they have recently changed their formulation adding more ingredients to it which are not necessary. The consistency is more watery now and the SPF 50 originally had 25% non nano zinc oxide, however, now has 15% which is equivalent to the previous formula SPF 30. Not sure why they have done this, it’s very disappointing.

I was a little sad that the first shipment got lost but Gabby from customer service was so helpful, nice,and quick regarding my concern. A replacement shipment has been sent to me.

Sky and Sol has wonderful customer service and I love their products. I ordered sunscreen and when it was delivered to the wrong address, sky and sol promptly sent a replacement order. The representative was so kind.

I have only been using a short time but the results are truly awesome. Can’t wait to see in a few more weeks.
