Unprofessional and poor service. They would not unblock my account which was done by another casino that was done without my consent and refuse to answer my questions. Also didn't offer any help or options this casino said go back to the other casino we can't unblock you and ask them to do it hahaha it's your bloody casino your working for lady!! Stay clear of these guys they are no help and to be quite honest should not have an online casino AT ALL!!

Just popping a quick review on here as a regular player over a couple of years.
No issues at all, over this time I have lost money but not alot considering the deposits, data in fact lines up pretty good with expected RTP and I have not won any major jackpots.

Excellent site, great selection of games that get updated weekly and the withdrawals are super fast.
On sign up I made sure to fully verify my account before I deposited. I did have one withdrawal decline which I had made to my bank and was told I had to withdraw to my card. Which I'm glad happened as every single withdrawal I've had since has shown in my account within minutes of it being accepted, which took about 5 minutes total after withdrawing. I absolutely love that.
The layout is great and easy to navigate. The bonus incentives are awesome. I wish they would add a category to break down the games into the game providers. Also adding games such as deal or no deal megaways and the goonies would make this the perfect site for me.
I believe this site will be one of the most popular sites for kiwi players to play at soon.

Don't trust this company. They keeping asking me for the same documents for verification, although the documents has been already verified before. They takes as an excuse to keep my money more than two weeks now. The instant chat help desk is hopeless, they not helping to solve the problem but only saying that need to wait for email reply. However every email they take couples days to reply. I hope everyone see my commend and won't get on the hook. I will placed negative commend everyday till my problem been solved, and updated the final result.

I have made successful withdrawal about twice no problem, my account have been verified. The third withdrawal was terrible, the casino is asking me to send my documents for verification again. The verification process should only be once. I sent my docs again took few days for them to reply. This casino will try to delay your withdrawal making excuses; end up losing my money for waiting too long. Stay away, this casino is a SCAM. They love you making deposits but when making withdrawal they will try to make excuses to delay your payment.
