I found Sky Experts to be honest and a pleasure to deal with in finding my fare from London Gatwick to Brisbane, Australia on Singapore Airlines.

With the fares changing price very quickly, Alex was able to reserve a booking for 24 hours to lock in a reasonable price for this long-haul flight.

I recommend using them, and I will be using them again for my next trip to Australia.

Rang them about a flight they advertised but could only book by phone and when speaking with them they couldn’t get anywhere near the advertised price
False advertising so don’t have much trust in going any further with them !

My search for the best flight prices ended with Sky Experts. Alex was patient and helpful, even upgrading us to a breakfast deal for our Maldives holiday. They deserve more than 5 stars. I highly recommend them, always available and great customer service, especially via WhatsApp.

Is this a total scam? Do not bother. It appears that there is only one person named Jon, and there is no response to chat messages, emails, or phone calls. This is a complete waste of time. I’m just wondering where all these verified reviews are actually coming from.

John was extremely helpful with finding us a flight. It turns out our return flight is being cancelled (5 months!) he ensured we got a free night in our hotel for transferring to the next day. One happy couple

I was searching online and comparing various companies when I found SkyExperts. They had some exclusive offline offers, so I called and spoke to John. I was pleasantly surprised, not only did he offer me the best price, but he also gave me a first-time user discount since I was on a tight budget. On my request, he managed to get me a baggage included deal for much less and offered great flexibility on my tickets. I must say, they are a very patient and understanding team who make sure your trip becomes an unforgettable experience.

They will stay an eternity on the phone with you to massage a booking. Don't be fooled, this is where it ends. Once they have your money they cannot be contacted! I made a deposit of £100, then like a fool I made another deposit of £700. The second payment, I really shouldn't have made, but they convinced me something was wrong with their system. One week later still not able to contact them after several attempts and messages. I called them out on their tactics that's when they decided to respond. They informed me that as I lacked decorum, they don't wish to serve me, and they will give me a full refund. It has been over a week and they have made no attempt to refund me my hard earned £800 for no service, this is very dishonest. Resist the temptation to part with your money, unless you are prepared to take them to court or fair trading standards. You will not be provided with a service!

I would give 0 stars! Made a booking for flights - 'John' said that there was a scheduled cancellation and that we could have full refund. He has been un-contactable since, on all numbers. We have sent messages - no response and emailed - NO response. AVOID this company at all costs. After posting this review, have tried numerous ways of contacting John, including emailing and still have had no response. Have seen other reviews on Trustpilot with people saying they also have been unable to contact Skyexperts after they have paid for tickets, Skyexperts response is to email them. They have not responded to my emails as of yet 26.6.25
