Great selection of Pleasers and good price
Really like that they have a huge selection of Pleasers, because they order from Pleaser USA there's a lot more variety, price point is also really good and delivery was earlier than expected, very likely to purchase all my Pleasers from here from now on

My mistake
Today we are on 28.11.2023 and the product has not arrived even now after 15 days since I paid!!! ...I don't even think it will ever arrive! I regret that I trusted this site that (for now) only took my money!!

Hello Andrie. Thank you for your feedback. When you place your order with us, your item first comes from the USA to the UK on special order which can take from 3-5 working days.
Then we immediately dispatch onward to you with international postal service. I understand it is a frustration having to wait a little longer, but we highlight this on our store and provide an estimated delivery schedule. In your case your order with placed on 13.11 and we ordered your item from our USA supplier on 14.11 and it arrived with us late afternoon on 17.11. With no couriers picking up over the weekend we dispatched you item first thing on 20.11. with tracking information provided by email. The parcel arrived in your country on 24.11 and took 3 days to clear customs and is due delivery now. Of course once we dispatch your item, the delivery times are outside of our control, but generally will be delivered in 5-10 working days for EU. Pleaser hot pink heels.
When I received my order they were wrapped in bubble wrap and in a delivery bag when I have opened it, the shoes are very lovely and gorgeous, I love them so much and will be keeping them forever, so next time I want shoes again I will shop here again,so I'm giving this shop a full five star's for the service.

The store is fantastic. All my experience with this company was amazing. The product arrived quickly and good condition. I would recommend this store and the product 100%.
The boots are incredible pretty and comfortable. I can’t to wait to wear next week in Tomorrowland .

Very good and fast communication
Very good and fast communication. The pleasers I've bought are perfect, nothing less to expect from pleasers, but the price was absolutely best in the market. Also it took not more than 10 days to get them.

Wonderful Returns
An issue came up with the manufacture after I had made my purchase and Sky High Shoes went above and beyond to help me find a suitable replacement, while of course having a full refund available if the replacement wasn't suitable. The whole process could have been incredibly painful however I had a delightful exchange of messages with an incredibly helpful person.

Special Order
I bought a pair of shoes to complement a wedding-guest outfit.
They were an end of line style, so Sky High Shoes checked the manufacturer still had stock in my size and then ordered them specially from the manufacturer to meet my order.
They fit nicely and I am looking forward to showing them off.

Don’t normally leave reviews, but the customer service from Jon was excellent!
The shoes may take a little extra time to arrive if they’re shipped from the US as they have to arrive at the SHS warehouse first. But once I contacted Jon that my package had not been delivered successfully by Royal Mail he refunded the delivery cost and assisted in contacting them.
An excellent small business with great customer service; highly recommend.
