Skylight Blinds-direct Avis 256

I was a little apprehensive about whether this blind was right for the purpose we intended, but Skylight Blinds, were extremely helpful from the outset, guiding me on the correct type and method of power. On delivery I had some difficult getting the blind to work (which was my fault in part, although the instructions could do with a little tweak!). All in all a great experience highly recommend and would use again if I ever need a replacement or blinds for another location.

Absolutely top quality service from start to finish with all questions answered and help. Now fitted it works perfectly and very tidy and very easy to fit. Great look and blocks out the light perfectly. Thanks everyone

Brilliant experience ordering a blind for our lantern. Came back to check that I had understood what I was measuring rather than just trusting I had got it right which was reassuring. Blind arrived on time and worked straight away.

The whole process was really easy from start to finish. Fitting was a doddle and perfect. The blind functions perfectly and as it is blackout it leaves the room dark as it is supposed to. Naomi took us through it from start to finish with 5 star service.

Great quality, when we encountered an issue it was sorted straight away.

I’m delighted with the Skylight blinds. They’re made-to-measure by a British company in the UK.
I bought and ordered the twin manual honeycomb open-view panels, which came with a 10% discount. I assembled them myself and installed them into my roof lantern following the instructions on their website. The blinds look fantastic and DHL delivered them promptly. They effectively reduce glare on my home PC monitor and TV while also creating a cosy atmosphere in the room with lights on at night and maintaining the comfort of the orangery. I appreciate the communication with Naomi and Steve.

We received our electric roof lantern blind, 3m x 1.5m and must admit felt quite nervous about the fitting. It took 3 of us to lift it into to space for fitting, but with the brilliant advice from Naomi and the help centre, the blind is fitted, working and looks amazing. Thank you so much for your excellent service.

After various communication difficulties the order was placed.
The product arrived well packaged from London blind company by DHL.
Assembly went okay given the guidelines and numbers on the blind frame.
Slight problem with operation that needed the motor reset.
Working fine now and looks exactly like we wanted it to!!

steve and naomi were so helpful from start to finish and always at the end of the phone if needed. I’m absolutely delighted with my Skypod blind and it’s made such a difference to the heat we were losing through the Skypod. We opted for the remote controlled solar operation. Brilliant product and brilliant service. Cannot recommend Skylight Blinds Direct enough. Really pleased with product, very easy to assemble and install. We went for the manual option and the design of the blind is such that the handle runs on tiny wheels so it makes opening/closing a doddle. Buy with confidence.

Great blind, easy to install and video instruction, at a fraction of the cost of branded blinds. Cost under £100 and was quoted £160 to fit the same blind.

Purchased electric honeycomb white atrium blind. Ordering was easy with good communication. Delivery was quicker than expected. Husband fitted blind and found it easy to fit. Only down side to order was the smart plug that we purchased to use with Alexa/google, very cheap Chinese plug that we couldn’t find instructions to use with our Alexa.

The blinds look really good after installation just a minor alteration needed but that was due the the walls in the ceiling lantern. The staff was very helpful, Naomi in particular, and were very quick at answering any queries definitely recommend Skylight Blinds.

Brilliant, the blinds where delivered on good time. The blinds are strong and well made. They have a made a difference in keeping the room warmer in the winter.
