I found Artin online, called them up, they were very professional and agreed a date to come and assess the work to done on my roof window.
They kept in touch by email and explained everything well. As soon as made the initial payment, they arranged a suitable time and completed the work. I haven’t had any problems with the roof window. The workmanship and customer was good. I will definitely recommend Artin to other people.

The company responded quickly, were accommodating, flexible and therefore a pleasure to deal with and replaced the ancient velux within a few weeks of our enquiry, taking great care of the surroundings and leaving it very clean and tidy. A good experience👍🏻

We are really happy with our new Skylight and the service we received from Artin Skylight. We had an awkward, cracked roof window and I really struggled to find a company to replace it, as it was a non-standard window size / shape. All other companies said they would need scaffolding to replace it. Artkin skylight were amazing - they removed and replaced the skylight in a day, all from the inside and cleaned up the mess so well. Really pleasant guys to have in my home. Turned up on time and were very helpful in our initial consultation appointment. Ann at the office is brilliant. Went out of her way to help me find a blackout blind and book the appointment in on short notice - as the skylight had been leaking above my baby’s cot. Would very highly recommend this company - it was a bit more expensive than getting a builder to fit a new skylight, but these guys are experts, avoided the faff of scaffolding and provided FENSA certificates etc - we definitely think they are worth every penny and would always use them in future!

We had an old, broken skylight window and wanted to replace it with a new Velux one. An email correspondence was prompt and soon got a quote and a fitting date. From the very beginning we knew that Artin window fitters were true professionals. They were wearing anti-Covid masks and before entering a house they put protective slip-on shoe covers. They then rolled the nylon cover up the stairs so that the carpet doesn't get dirty. They knocked out the old window and fitted a new one without a single scratch on the surrounding wall. Very professional, humble and honest men! Shame not more companies have people like them! Would definitely recommend them.

From the initial contact, the company (Ann) always responded promptly. They replaced an old existing roof window. They were very professional, did an excellent job and left the place very tidy. I cannot recommend them enough.

Remove existing roof window and replace with a Velux window. The fitters were very professional - polite, clean and very tidy. All work was carried out from inside the house, which surprised me, but there was no mess, or if there had been the fitters cleaned it up perfectly. Any e-mails I sent the company were answered by Ann very promptly. Very happy with the job and would certainly use Artin again.

We were planning to replace our velux window for over a year, but we struggled to find a company that were responsive and helpful. We then found Artin via the Velux website and we are pleased that we used them. The entire customer experience was excellent. We received an excellent service and they were flexible to our needs. I am so glad that I employed this company to replace my skylights. They were very pleasant and professional and very happy in their attitude. Their work was so good and they cleaned up afterwards. They laid cardboard and plastic over the floors and kept a good distance whilst wearing masks. The kept me informed as to what was going on during the installation and there office kept me informed before and after the job was done. Thanks so very much everyone.
