Professional and apologetic
We bought a star map for an 18th birthday which was delivered fast, properly boxed and the framed map had the finishing touches of a personalised card and ribbon: unfortunately the background on the map was not the one ordered and I called Starlit. They were very professional and apologetic and a new star map with all the trimming was sent off within a day and received the following day in time for the big day!

Ordering was smoother than sailing. Packaging / delivery was way better than the first time, if you catch my drift and overall, the quality is amazing. Totally worth it and I will definitely consider this as a gift / décor for my apartment in the future! 110% recommended!

The starmap customisation options were great and some which I hadn’t seen elsewhere. Received it the next day already nicely packaged which was a nice surprise and the star map was just perfect. Nice smooth experience.
