Best rates

I called around for the best rates and came across Sky Maxi Cabs. I hired a 7 seater Maxi cab to transport me from Lane Cove to Ultimo. Driver Mohamad was wonderful and helpful. The trip cost me $89 including toll. In comparison to other Maxi cab companies this was the best rate. I'm ever so grateful for their assistance and support

Time delay

The actual ride was perfect but the company seems to outsource to other individual taxi drivers. The cab didn’t say Sky Maxi Cabs. I made an online booking where I ordered the taxi to be there at 21.15 as the flight landed at 20.30. I had to give the flight arrival time and flight number for them to track so it was clear in my booking what I asked for; however the company tracked the flight and but told the driver that the flight would arrive at 21.15 and driver added time to that intending to come and pick me up at about 22.00. Luckily he was there early waiting in parking area anyway but I had to wait quite a while for him to come around to the ride share area which was annoying with a toddler. Car was brand new and service during ride professional.

Not reliable. Do not recommend

Despite reconfirming our booking two days before, a taxi did not turn up at the requested time. We had made this booking because we needed a car seat for a trip to the international airport for an early morning flight, so organising alternate transport was extremely limited. When I tried calling Sky Maxi Cabs to find out what was going on, I was given the runaround. All the while my husband, young baby and I were standing outside in 4 degree weather. It was so stressful! Needless to say, I will never use Maxi Sky Cabs again and I do not recommend them!

Taxi didn't show up at time booked for…

Taxi didn't show up at time booked for airport transfer with my baby. I had no backup plan due to constraints needing a baby seat. I called the night before to confirm the booking. Most stressful morning. Almost missed my flight.

Great experience

We booked sky maxi cabs for a family function into Pyrmont and also a return trip on the 18th May.
Driver Mohammed was on time to pick us up and was courteous and helpful putting all our stuff into the cab.
Pick up in the evening in pyrmont was exactly on time with Mohammed.
When we got home Mohammed helped unload the cab (we had a pram and other boxes).
Great service and I would recommend this company. The maxi cab was clean and driver Mohammed was very professional. I would definitely use this company again.

In the morning when the Taxi was meant…

In the morning when the Taxi was meant to arrive, it did not. It was only when I called the company and the guy who answered the phone was half asleep and managed to get a cab to pick us up 25 minutes later than expected and we were late to our flight.

Drivers are scammers.

I was overcharged $51 more than set price $216. I booked large taxi 9 passengers from house pick up to white bay cruise terminal. Set price was $216. Instead of 1 large cab, two medium sized cabs showed up. 1 driver charged $120 and another charged $147.
