Patrick was the agent who helped me as I had 2 days of problems with my bank declining my payment and Patrick was extremely helpful by reassuring me that it was fine and that he would keep the price I was quoted for the entire time I had the issues with my bank. He also helped me afterwards with other questions that I had. It really restored my faith in customer service! Thank you Patrick.

As a fairly frequent traveller, I’ve had consistently good experiences over the years, but this one stood out. The process was notably efficient and felt secure throughout, with everything handled promptly and without issue. Skylar was excellent - professional, responsive, and a real credit to the team. Overall, a very smooth experience, and one I’d happily recommend.

Booking the initial trip was very easy. But when there were changes to my trip I had representative Skylar assist me with looking into and changing flights. Personally I would not use this company again. I bought around trip Buisness class flight from Manchester to Bangkok. Then my return flight was Cancelled by the airline with no return flight just simply CANCELLED!! I tried to email sky wings numerous times with no answer. I was stranded in Thailand. Then when I did get contact over telephone there charged me £3880 for a return flight home. To top it all off my cancelled flight refund is £640 when I paid £2216

booking experience really good no problems, my flight to dubai was cancelled and if id book direct with emirates would have received the full refund. Due to this i found being charged £75 admin fee for each ticket which i find is a large amount per ticket for something which was beyond my control. i would book direct with airline in future

Skylar was really helpful. Unfortunately I was unable to upgrade my flights due to the cost being out of my price range but Skylar gave me all the options and separated my booking from the rest of my group so I had the option to if I wanted
