Appalling product, absolute rip off
Absolutely dreadful treadmill. Sadly I paid £350 for utter rubbish. It had parts missing, making it unusable, I did eventually receive the parts, but it is still unusable as the belt constantly moves from one side to the other, no matter how many times I adjust it. I did complain several times to the company, but they have refused to let me send it back for a refund. Now it is on offer for £150 less, judging by the reviews on here, which I wish I had read first, maybe they now realise they can't sell it for that extortionate price, it's still a rip off at the lower price. I am on low income so this has left me very stressed and out of pocket. Avoid this company at all costs
Terrible Business, Terrible Products
This business should not be in operation; they are knowingly and willingly operating illegally with no regard for consumer law.
I bought a reverse treadmill on 16/02/2026 which was discounted from £500 to £350. After asking, the company gave me an additional discount, bringing the price to £315. This was the first red flag; for a product to be sold at such a heavy discount, it likely wasn’t selling, experiencing high return rates and/or was grossly overpriced to begin with. A quick look at SlantBoards other products would suggest all of the above.
The product that arrived was abysmal quality. The paint was missing in multiple spots where rust had already formed on the metal below. After assembling the product, it was incredibly unstable despite tightening all screws properly.
When I started to use the treadmill, the belt constantly drifted at an angle, and ended up rubbing up against the side of the treadmill after only 20 seconds of use. I then proceeded to spend days adjusting the belt incrementally in an effort to centre it, following the guidance from the company to the letter – no matter what I did, no matter how small the increments of the adjustments, the belt would never stay centred on the treadmill for more than 20 seconds of use. The issue was that the belt itself had been incorrectly manufactured at an angle, causing it to always drift.
What followed was months long back and forth with Slantboard, who despite me sending nearly a dozen photos and a 2 minute long video evidencing the fault, ultimately refused to admit there was anything wrong with the product with absolutely no evidence or explanation to support their view. I really wanted the product to work and gave it every chance to. I also gave the company every opportunity to make the situation right and held of writing this review in the hope that they would do the legally required thing and issue my refund, which I requested on 27/02/2026.
They refused to refund the product, despite the Consumer Rights Act of 2015 requiring companies to issue a full refund within 30 days if the product is faulty. Regardless of product fault, companies are required to issue a refund if a customer requests it within 14 days of purchase. I purchased the product on the 14/02/2026, reported the issue the day I recieved the product (16/02/2026) and requested the refund on 27/02/2026 - within both the 30 days and the 14 days. I informed Slantboard of this – they did not care. Whichever way you cut it, Slantboard are choosing to ignore consumer law and operate illegally.
I requested a refund from my credit card provider and upon seeing the evidence I provided, they issued it. I’ve also reported the business to the Trading Standards with the view of ensuring no other customers have to go through the same process I went through. I encourage every other customer who has had a negative experience with this business to do the same as they can provide advice on how to secure your refund if you haven’t managed to do so yourself. Ordered the Reverse treadmill
Ordered the Reverse treadmill, didn't hear anything 3weeks later I emailed them about how long will it take to come, took days for a response to which I was told it was a pre order and it will take 4weeks for the shipment. It took over 7weeks and it that time I wanted to cancel the order but this bull crap T&C they sent saying about can't cancel a pre order to which I called BS and told them I would refuse at my door the couriers delivery but was told this wouldn't work and I'd only receive store credit of the sum for the treadmill no refund. There customer service is atrocious putting it lightly takes days to get back about anything and then no time frames or with any sort of details. Anyways the treadmill arrived and low and behold the attachment that controls the pressure was broke when I opened the box to assemble it, sent the pictures and evidence to them again was told will send another right away that was 21/10/25 and as of today 11/12/25 still no attachment... Joke of a company and again taking days to write back on email and no dates or time frames and the reverse treadmill is a waste of money terrible bit of apparatus.. Stay well clear guys!!!

I ordered a slant board and paid for supposed next day delivery, after a few days the item hadn’t turned up so emailed them to be told it was a pre order item (whatever that is) I told them it didn’t say that on the website which they acknowledged and thanked me for pointing it out to them! The board eventually arrived two weeks later, it’s absolute garbage. Don’t order from this company they are sharks.

I ordered the reverse treadmill on 25 September and was sent a a DHL tracker number, however a month on the order has not materialised and SlantBoard are not responding to my requests for a status update or for a refund. I’ve now had to dispute the charges with Amex and am hopeful the charge will be reversed. Based on the number of negative reviews posted here, it looks like I’m not the only one facing this situation.

First there is no mention about my order being preorder, it just says shipping time 3-5 days. Then I order and don't hear anything for a week and message them and they say I need to wait for a month until they stock back up. Then I asked for a refund, but they refused and pointed to the terms and conditions. Shit company, do not order.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY without knowing they send defected products. I received a Sled board which was defected and bolts missing meaning it wouldn’t be able to be used. By the time they had replied to my email, I had already replaced with another company because it was an urgent needed item. Their reply was simply that they don’t accept returns for a defected item but will this time out of ‘good will’ and if I wanted a refund, I’d have to pay to return the item back myself. Absolutely 0* customer service and by the looks of these review, I am one of a big minority. They are truly a shocking business and really don’t deserve to be apart of the industry. There are SO many great companies out there, don’t chance it with these pirates. They literally have an answer for everything, they absolutely do not believe in customer satisfaction and fairness. They have only 42 trust pilot reviews and a staggering 30 of them are 1 star negative all relating to defected and faulty products. That’s a staggering 70% overall negative reputation. The very few remaining reviews are all from accounts who have only ever left 1 review in the time their account has been active, that certainly makes you wonder if those account are actually genuine. Save yourself the bother, their products are extremely poor and their customer service is even worse.

Where to start...I preordered a reverse…
Where to start...I preordered a reverse treadmill v2.0 in march 2025 and had to wait 3 months for it to be delivered. In april I asked to cancel the order but my request was denied because of their policies stating you cannot cancel a preorder. Anyway i waited and after some problems with the tracking and the shipment , after 3 months the treadmill got delivered. All good what ends good right? no. The resistance mechanism was (and still is) completely missing, and the quality of the treadmill itself is very bad. I have bought cheap chinese treadmill before that were way better than this . This treadmill is in my opinion way overpriced. The belt is continuously slipping form left to right and right to left and there is no way to adjust or tighten it permanently, making it barely usable. I should have been more careful before purchasing. Most of the equipment they sell you can find on Temu or Alixpress for much cheaper and their Trustpilot reviews are terrible. The customer service is quite awful, they are slow at answering and their answers are lacking. I cannot recommend this website.

I only received part of the missing piece (the resistance treadmill), even though I explicitly requested that the entire resistance mechanism be sent. On top of that, I clearly asked not to be charged customs fees again due to their mistake. Yet they shipped it from China via FedEx. When I received the package and opened it, I found it was incomplete and impossible to assemble — completely useless. Then, two weeks later, I received a customs fee from FedEx. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with this situation.

Awful customer service

Customer service initially told me there was nothing wrong despite providing them with the photographs. After escalating it they offered me 10% off a future purchase. I wouldn’t buy anything else from them. Poor company. Avoid.

Unprofessional Nightmare – Avoid at All Costs
I saw the negative reviews and thought, "This won’t happen to me." Big mistake. After placing my order, I wanted to cancel because of the long delivery time.
That’s when the nightmare started. Slant Board’s so-called customer service is a complete joke. They dragged things out endlessly, giving excuse after excuse and constantly pushing back the refund date.
After weeks of frustration, I set a clear deadline—and they just went silent. Now I’ve had to escalate the case to PayPal.
My advice? Stay far away from this company. They are unprofessional, and clearly don’t care about their customers. If you have any issues, you’ll be left on your own to deal with the mess.

Refunds? Good Luck….
Currently in the process of raising a claim through my bank to retrieve a refund after a cancelled pre order. I’ve been fobbed off more than once and told the refund has been issued.
I can’t comment on the products, but my personal customer experience has been poor, and it’s not over yet nearly 4 weeks on!

Avoid at all costs
Tried to cancel order at the beginning of December. Customer support were resistant to me cancelling but eventually agreed and was told it would take 2 weeks to process.
Followed up in January and they finally processed the cancellation. But no refund issued. Had to go to my card issuer for a chargeback, which Slantboard then tried to dispute by claiming that the goods had not been returned back to them which is odd since they were never sent in the first place.

Terrible company to deal with.
I ordered a slantboard from the company and it was delayed a couple of times. So I decided to cancel the item, especially as there had been no scheduled delivery and the company said their bulk order from China was still going through customs. Easy then- cancel my order even before item was sent out. I also decided to check out the company on here. Oh dear. You can read the reviews yourself. Funny how quite a few positive reviews say exactly the same thing, word for word.... Anyway, I cancelled order, Slantboard said accounts would deal with my refund within 14 days. About a week later, I get notification from the delivery company saying they were about to receive my item. I email Slantboard again telling them to not send the item, it's been cancelled and provided them email evidence. They send it anyway. No refund. I tell them they need to collect item as the delivery was their mistake and I'm still entitled to my refund within the specified 14 days from my cancellation. Nothing. I get Paypal involved but Slantboard sending out the item has made the issue complicated because it looks like I've got what I ordered (which obviously isn't the case- I'm having to deal with their incompetence). I have never had such terrible customer service ever- yes, they reply to my emails but it's all just lip service, they don't actually do anything. I'm sure when they read this they'll reply with something that tries to make out they did everything right and they're a great company. This case has been going on since December 9th 2024. Shame on you, Slantboard, you'll never do well trading like this. Have some integrity.
EDIT- Just seen the reply and what a surprise, they did nothing wrong! I think 9 days for you to cancel a label was more than enough. Also, in your emails you admitted the board was sent out by mistake (not that it had already been processed) and that you were willing to come and collect it. I'm still entitled to my refund within 14 days of cancellation, not when you get it back. If only you spent more time on trying to be a decent company and less time on excuses then you'd get better reviews.

Placed order 6 weeks ago. After 4 emails they finally responded and told me it was my fault for not seeing it was a 'pre order'. It was not marked as a pre order and there was no indication of such. Only notice was for next day delivery.

I bought a reverse Treadmill in April and i have to say that the Material is bad and cheap and not worth the 400 Euros. The rolling wheel in the front broked after 6 month. The Support told me after sending the picture of the damage, that it was my fault. They just want your Money and dont Care about the philosopy of the origin of ATG Ben Patrick. Don't buy there, simply geht it from Ben Patrick, there you will geht real quality

Avoid — not worth the trouble
Assumed slantboard would be a safe company as my PT used them no problem and recommended them. My mistake for not checking Trustpilot first!
Ordered in early October, no dispatch notification. Gave them a nudge in mid-Nov, no response. Another nudge at the start of this week - no response. Checked trustpilot and, of course, this seems to be everyone's experience atm.
Luckily I'd only purchased a slantboard and a couple of flossbands and I can at least try a charge back with my credit card company.
On the off chance Slantboard check this for reasons other than leaving fake positive reviews - would appreciate an immediate refund as you haven't dispatched anything and it's been 2+ months. Order number SB9564.
edit as of 18/12/24: Their reply is a total lie and they reported my review for defamatory content… Succeeded in getting it taken down for about 20 mins.
Items were clearly marked as buy now not pre-order and all of my receipts etc indicate very clearly that these were purchased not “pre-ordered”. They didn’t reply to my emails at all.
They also still haven’t replied or allocated a refund, but my credit card company have given me a charge back while they look into it.
Edit as of 23/12/24 - they sent me my order!
Keeping this at 1 star because I repeatedly asked for a refund instead, they didn’t reply to any of my emails and lied in their reply on trustpilot. Over all a very strange approach to doing business and best avoided.
