Nice product, returns are a hassle
I ordered a MyPad wool mattress for my bed as it has been recommended for people with HSD/hEDS. The pad seems like it is well mad; however, it had a smell that did not dissipate in time for me to return it and still be within the 30 day return window. I am sensitive to smells and get migraines easily. For this reason I decided to return the item. I reached out to customer support and was given the run a round on returning this item. It was if they didn't believe me that I had not used the product. Finally, they told me they would issue a return shipping label and deduct $18 for shipping upon processing the return. When the credit showed up on my credit card statement, they actually deducted $35.57 with zero explanation for the difference. For this reason I would be very cautious in ordering from this company--or order their product from Amazon where returns are not questioned. I thought I was doing them a solid by not ordering off of Amazon and caused me more issues and I lost money.
