I ordered a MyPad wool mattress for my bed as it has been recommended for people with HSD/hEDS. The pad seems like it is well mad; however, it had a smell that did not dissipate in time for me to return it and still be within the 30 day return window. I am sensitive to smells and get migraines easily. For this reason I decided to return the item. I reached out to customer support and was given the run a round on returning this item. It was if they didn't believe me that I had not used the product. Finally, they told me they would issue a return shipping label and deduct $18 for shipping upon processing the return. When the credit showed up on my credit card statement, they actually deducted $35.57 with zero explanation for the difference. For this reason I would be very cautious in ordering from this company--or order their product from Amazon where returns are not questioned. I thought I was doing them a solid by not ordering off of Amazon and caused me more issues and I lost money.

I absolutely love Sleep & Beyond! The bedding feels clean, soft, and completely natural, which gives me peace of mind knowing it’s organic and free from chemicals. My order arrived quickly, beautifully packaged, and their customer service was outstanding!

I'm a long time customer but recently had to return some items. They were honest and easy to deal with through the return process. I think that speaks volumes about the company and the people who work there. I would buy from them again.

Their sheets are REALLY organic. I looked everywhere for sheets that would fit our 18” mattress, were made organically and ethically, and were comfortable. These sheets checked all the boxes. The ivory is a beautiful color which brings in that warm and cozy feeling. I can sleep so much better knowing my bedding is as healthy as possible.

We have two Sleep & Beyond Comforters and three of their organic Merino Wool Toppers. We LOVE them! Recommended to us by a friend, we will never look back! We love how comfortable everything is as well as made with quality and built to last.

I honestly don’t understand what these bad reviews are about. Their customer service team is exceptional and they always go above and beyond to help and educate about their products. I own a merino wool comforter from Sleep&Beyond for 7 years now, and they have the best quality sheets and duvet covers. I wouldn’t trust reviews that are posted here.

I have used organic sheets from other companies and these are my favorite! Very soft, high quality and last a long time. Their customer service is wonderful as well.

Their customer service is the worst I've seen in years. . . Had some issues with their page, contacted them and the response I got from their agent was despicable to say the least! I really don't think they want more customers

I saw their ad online & I thought I'm finally having the kind of bedding I've always wanted. Alas! I was deceived. What they sent in is completely different from what was advertised. They are liars!! Don't buy from them.
