The best diet for me that works …
My experience is you get so much support from the admin. It is the only diet that works for me. There is plenty of variety of packs. You have choices of lifestyle or simplicity meals. When ordering packs they come very quickly.

What's not to love
Slim & Save has been my salvation, helping to get the weight off and keeping it in check for quite a while now. The staff are lovely to deal with and always understanding, what's not to love!

Easiest Diet I've Ever Done!
Always fast & accurate delivery of order. Diet works very well and is quick & easy for those with a busy lifestyle. I've noticed fewer items available this time? - but still plenty to choose from. I find all the products are tasty, which makes it easy to stick to. Lost over 4st so far! Would really love a spicy chicken, beef or lamb curry meal option though please!
