This has to be illegal…

I've had a 192 dollars sitting in this app for 9 months and either it processes for months or they cancel my payout this has been going on for almost a year I even tried paying for their subscription to get the ach payment and same result how on earth are these guys able to stay in business I'm pretty sure this is illegal and am starting to look into getting legal counsel would be worth it at this point
I've already tried emailing you guys and I keep getting th same generic message about the withdraws the stipulations and my money qualifies for a withdrawal.ill tell you what you get my withdrawal to got through and I'll rescind this statement , the one with apple's app manager, and the one with the better business bureau I'll be patient for a week shouldn't take you longer than that I mean it's been 6 months already. If you don't help me I'll double down starting with Reddit and ending with a consumer rights lawyer so slips your on the clock starting April first. 12am

This app is a complete scam!!

This app is a complete scam and I sure hope someone files a class action lawsuit against them for fraud. I have used this app since Nov 2025 and still haven’t seen a single cent from them. They drag their feet every chance they get when it comes to paying out customers. I have placed 3 different payouts going back to Jan 2026 and every single one of them just sits as “processing” despite it being over 2 months. You can’t even start a payout until your account is verified with ID, address, and Social Security number, so that can’t be an excuse for not paying out customers. After 2 months of them sitting on their hands and dragging out issuing a check they then “cancel” the check and put the money back into your slips account, therefore eliminating your ability to actually cash out and subsequently funneling the money right back into the system. I have emailed them multiple times concerning my issues with getting paid and their customer support is laughable. I’m pretty sure it’s handled by bots because every time I contact them I get back an extremely vague answer that doesn’t remotely address my concern. Before the AI they use to respond to negative reviews tells me to simply email their help support with my info and payout dates, I have already done this and these idiots have yet to look into my payout problems. This company needs to pay their customers what they are owed and need to stop being scum bags!!

I've been emailing these guys forever and no luck for id verification or anything else.I think this website is a total scam.Dont out your money into this scam website They need to delete the whole thing .I will change my mind about this site if things change as far as getting my identity verified ECT.but as of now SCAM hands down .

This app is awful

This app is awful, I have been a member for over a year and half and have a balance over 200 in winnings that it will not allow me to cash out. Don’t be fooled by their new “ACH PAYOUT” app update because they still won’t allow me to withdraw my winnings. I have sent about 29 emails to their help@slips all of which are answered with the same generic response explaining the cash out process but it never works. I will be joining the law suit against them in the near future and have reported them already to the BBB as fraudulent

Yeah, I keep having my checks and ACH transfers canceled for no reason that I can tell and customer service is nonexistent and if even if they do respond, they do nothing to help and kind of just go dark so I mean it’s very fun to bet on there, I’m not going to lie, but if you plan on getting paid, just save your time sports bet on Sportzino where they actually pay you.

And if you see this, yes please do add me to the lawsuit. They owe me $280.

We should be able to give negative stars in instances like this. Do not waste your time your money nor your energy in this app because it is a complete scam. I subscribed to be a premium member because I wasn’t able to cash out my winnings after I paid for my subscription it didn’t told me that I needed to wait 30 business days before I’m able to cash out contact through support. They’re all garbage 90% of the time a bot is what replies to you. I’ve been a member since last year and still have not been able to cash my damn money out. F slips

Total scam they won’t allow you to withdraw any funds.They respond with AI BS responses but won’t address anything.They blocked me on X and Facebook for complaining about them not allowing me to withdraw my funds.Their are dozens of people with the same complaints online.These people need to be held accountable in court.

Slips.com is a SCAM

I won $353 and I verified my identity, however every time I request a payout to my Wells Fargo checking account the payout is instantly cancelled. I have retried the payout multiple times with the same result. I have contacted there support email hundreds of times over the past 3 months trying to get them to fix whatever is wrong with my account, they just refuse to respond, no automated email even. I contacted them from a different email a few days ago and they responded 12 hours later with an automated response telling me to verify my identity, which again, I have already verified, I scanned my state ID, entered my SSN, date of birth and address, and all of them say completed with a check mark indicating that I successfully completed the identity verification process. This company is a scam, after seeing all of these reviews now this is crazy they need to start a class action again slips asap.

Total trash app

Totally trash app. Zero customer service and they won't let you cash out winnings. I paid for the premium account and tried to verify my ID but the trash app can't verify. I reached out to support months ago and still no response. Stay away from this app unless you want to get scammed.

This platform is horrible!!! Payment pending from 2/13 until 3/4.

i’m only putting one star because that’s the lowest option available. This app is totally ridiculous. I have been waiting a month now I have about $100 that I want to cash out but I also have $240 still stuck on their app.
This place is a total scam. They won’t even try to pay you. They’ll send you automated responses that continuously ask you what the problem is. It is a joke. I wish I knew what further steps to take...
I’m tempted to try to take legal action, but I think I will end up spending more on trying to force them to pay.
This company is definitely a scam. I wish I was wrong, but I see nothing but a scam.
The worst part is, they had no trouble with me making a deposit. Like they took my money for the deposit instantly with no trouble.
As soon as I started requesting a withdrawal, they will not verify my account even though I have all of the required documents. They will not contact me by phone. They just sent me automated responses every time I send a new email as if it was the first email I sent.
