What can I say amazing quality slip bricks corners are cut to perfection. Colours are better than I was looking for. Delivered in 3 days free of charge. Delivery driver called arrived on time and helped unload.don’t bother with others use these guys.

Like everyone out there at the moment i'm spending more time and money on our family home.
We decided the order with Slips from Stock due to the slightly lower price compared to their competitors. Order wen through ok and delivery was quick.

We received the order and as the driver was packing up we unwrapped the delivery in excitement. First thing I noticed was there were 4 brick corners completely snapped in two. The corner slips sit in packaging that doesn't really hold them in place and stop them hitting each other.
I contacted the relevant department only to be told I should have spend more of my hard earn money buying 10% extra to allow for breakages. I have to admit I had to read the email a few times before I realised it wasnt a joke.
I've bought tiles before and allowed for wastage due to cutting. if I bought tiles from Wickes or any other tiles provider on the highstreet and 10% of the box was cracked or damaged they would take the product back or at least offer a discount on the box. Why should I buy 10% more brick slips from Slips from Stock to allow for their poorly packaged product!?

After fitting the tiles I noticed that most of the slip corners I ordered were all wonky and looked bent. I could only put this down to them being removed from the mould before they'd set. This is something I can live with and hide with the pointing.

My 1 star review is mainly for how they have responded and treated a customer. Now the broken slips have to go into the bin and add to landfill.

Basically Slips from Stock, package your product correctly and you wont have issues with products being delivered damaged. Then disappointing customers by not giving them a refund for the damaged product or refund a percentage of their order.

Really happy with the service provided by sfs. I ordered the Middleton blend brick slips and the slip and tile mortar which is a lovely white/beige colour. We used them in our fireplace behind a log burner and they look amazing. Customer service was fantastic, I needed the brick slips delivered asap and next day delivery was not available due to lockdown but it was still arranged for me to get them next day which saved me time and money.

We absolutely love our brick wall! We knew we wanted an exposed brick wall in our industrial style shower room and we couldn’t be happier. The website was extremely helpful and the slip calculator worked perfectly for us. The samples were fantastic, a great size and really gave us an idea. When the slips arrived I was really nervous as they were MASSIVELY darker than the sample but SFS advised they would be so I popped a couple on the radiator for a few days just to see and they lightened up loads as advised they would. From deciding we wanted a brick wall, to going through a phase of thinking we might not be able to afford it (as other costs were spiralling!) to my husband eventually telling me just to get on and order it (to stop me ‘whittling’!), we are both just so pleased we did. Our shower room looks amazing and the brick wall is the perfect finishing touch, it wouldn’t have been the same result without it. Our carpenter had never worked with brick slips before and was also really pleased with the result and ease of installation. From start to finish, an excellent service and product!

From ordering to collection first class 300+ tiles not one broken, all uniform looked at other suppliers but chose these guys, fantastic, would certainly use again. no samples ordered pics where very accurate likeness. reception staff lovely. Thank you

Quick service, very efficient and helpful

Absolute joke. Packaging is a joke, slips get broken in transport then you get told at least 10% need to be broken before they will do anything. So read the small print people. They are basically saying over order as they will come broken. I questioned this and have had no reply. I would not use this company ever again. AVOID. Now we’ve had a reply from them with on here claiming it was only 3 broken and not 6. Not the point guys. Wouldn’t matter how many were broken, if they were damaged in transport they should be replaced. Also, yes, you did send out sample boards, but if you didn’t then how would people know what to buy? Please don’t act like your doing the customers a favour sending out samples for them to buy your goods. It is common practice and your not exactly making a valid point. Poor comebacks by not admitting your mistakes.

Superb all round. The samples were perfect to be able to make the right choice, delivery was prompt and now fitted they look fantastic. The price was also far better than competitors who also charge for samples and only send you a single brick as opposed to a boarded blend to really see what they will look like. Highly recommend!
