Funds were voided after winning €3500. Yes I've had smaller withdrawals however after actually getting a decent win. Voided the funds. Seriously these are fake reviews. Pure blaggers. Ended up having to file a complaint to the Costa Rican Consumer Protection Agency for unlawfully voided funds. They even closed my account after multiple

I played allmost 1 month in this casino not anymore. I made several deposits (over 5000e) and two withdrwals (1150e). No big problems.

Problems begun when I won 11,5k. I deposited that day in the morning 200 e and started to play. When I stopped playing my accounts balance was 1,5k.

Next day when I started to play I noticed that accounts balance was 2000e. I contacted customerservice (liveChat) and they told me that I had played against their bonus rules and therefore they made 9500e withdrwal from my account!

I told them that I had played with no bonuses but they claimed that I had used reloadbonus. When I checked my bonus details there were manual marking that I had used reload bonus. This can not be true because I did not at anypoint received/accepted this kind of bonus. They made it up.

Customerservice do not response to my emails and as a internal decision they have blocked me out.

I have played over 20 years in netcasinos but ever I have met this kind of casino.

Topped up £20, and within 5 seconds of doing so, my account had been closed. Gave me no reason, except for saying it was an internal decision. Refused to refund me my deposit, so had to get my bank involved.
