Beware everyone!
They don’t even deserve 1 star!
We’ve had the most awful experience with this company. We had the most awful house fire and the construction company who did the rebuild were shocking. We needed a lot of work re-doing in our home to put things right and I stupidly trusted these cowboys to do it! They had no idea what they were doing, couldn’t communicate which after everything we have been through has caused us a massive distress. They seem to think the way they operate a business is acceptable. After having £3500 deposit they took £2300 of our money for turning up not knowing what they were doing and taking a door handle off! We now won’t be able to have all the work done which is needed in our home. Disgusting! Don’t ever give them a penny, they don’t deserve it. I have all the messages and ring door bell footage to back this up but once they have your money people like this don’t care. They shouldn’t be allowed to have any form of business!
That’s all they did, left for the day, no explanation to us. That was enough for us to know we made a massive mistake. My husband then had to put the door handle back on and take plastic up as they disappeared. Then a few days later we noticed we only had two screws in the door, it was hanging. Thank god it didn’t fall on our children! Never got a response to that email and they turned up anyway. Never got a plan and it went from bad to worse really through no fault of our own!
They will now put me down rather than actually apologising and accepting they were not up to the job. Trying to salvage anything they left of a business. Absolutely appalling to be honest.

Booked the cleaning services twice and they didn’t turn up. Apparently the cleaner was sick the first time, but they never bothered to let me know until I chased for an update. Gave them the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled the appointment, but they have failed to turn up again. They’re three hours overdue and I’ve not heard anything from them.

Very quick to fit expired smoke alarms for me in my tenants property. They kept in contact with my agent and ensured that the tenants were happy once the work was completed.

This company came to help me with a recent wasp nest. I was surprised with a female team however, they were very efficient, knowledgeable, and thorough! I would highly recommend them. I have asked SLP to come back and quote me for a new decking in my garden.

Superb work by Stuart today at a fair price, will be using them again.

Stuart collected some rubbish and also built my bed highly recommend , no job is too much for them

2 lovely ladies came to do my EPC. Nothing was too much trouble for them. They fitted me in as it was urgent and very reasonably priced! Would highly recommend.
