Do not buy from this company!!
Exactly the same as the other 1 star reviews! I wanted to return the item as it didn’t go where I originally wanted it, the company said they don’t refund for unwanted items although they don’t state that on the website!
Infact they say we want you to be 100% happy now they don’t respond to emails

I ordered a sofa cover from Slumberpaws and, while the product itself appears to be of acceptable quality and matches the stated specifications, my overall experience has been very disappointing.

The delivery arrived almost a week later than originally indicated. When the item did arrive, I realised that although it technically meets the advertised description, it does not provide the level of coverage I expected for my sofa, and the colour in real life does not work as anticipated.

I contacted customer service to request a return and refund. They asked for a photo, which I provided, but then refused the request on the basis that the item meets their specifications saying: “ we cannot see any fault or issue with the item received”. Since then, they have stopped responding to my messages entirely.

As a consumer in the UK, I would expect a more reasonable and transparent approach to returns for online purchases, particularly where the product does not meet expectations in practical use. The lack of communication is especially concerning. I should under Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 have 14 days cool off period

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience due to delayed delivery, inflexible returns handling, and now being ignored. Don’t buy from them and safe yourself the hassle!!

A comfortable seat cover that my pooch has made herself very comfortable. Actually, I like it too.

My 16 year old lady loves to lie on my cream sofa but she does dribble so I saw these and ordered one for her. It came today and is perfect. Matilda is blind now but the snoring confirms that she is very happy with her new blanket. Thanks Slumberpaws you’ve made an old lady very happy (the dog not me!!)

Ordered weeks ago no delivery contacted them twice no response feels like a scam

I ordered two Slumberpaws PawLounge sofa pads for our two bulldog puppies. They arrived expeditiously and are a perfect fit for our two seater leather sofas. They are excellent quality and slip proof, even on the leather. The dogs absolutely love them! They are super happy to snuggle up on the covers and settle down for a good nap. I will be buying two more. To be recommended!

Fantastic product, fits perfect, non slip, stays in place, lovely fabric and dogs just love it too - so much so I’ve ordered another.

The sofa cover is really good, once it arrived in this country it had 48 hrs tracking with Royal Mail. It was very securely wrapped. It definitely looks neater on our sofa than anything else we have used. We didn’t need to contact the seller or send it back obviously, but really soft and comfortable

This company does not honour their returns policy on their website, which states that they want buyers to be 'completely happy' with their purchase and that returns are permitted if 'somethings not quite right'. Turns out they interpret this to mean defective or damaged only. This should be much clearer for those, like me, who always check the returns policy before ordering from a company for the first time

We have two small dogs and wanted something to protect our leather couches. The covers are nice and wide so nothing gets down the back of the seats and long enough so again nothing gets down the ends. The covers are nice and thick and made in a lovely plush fabric with a non slip backing which is an added bonus. Really happy with this product!

Misleading, claim to be a UK based company with 5-7 day delivery. Instead, the items are shipped direct from China taking weeks to arrive.

We bought x2 sofa covers. Fit perfectly. Fabulous product that both our large retriever and ourselves love. Looks good plus is waterproof (underneath the soft plush cover) and thick so provides good protection for our sofa in our beach house. Good communication re delivery and good price. Bought item charged four times more for same item on Temu . Item never arrived sent them Video evidence of no deliveries that day at front door Been waiting for replacement of £42 refund . Not replying to my e mails since asking for refund . They left the item on a main road outside a fence for everyone to see the day I was at work . Avoid and go on line to price check bern ripped off £42

Really bad ordered didn’t arrive after 6 weeks - messaged them nothing back - now realise item being shipped from china - feeling conned out of my money so shall try to claim back from my credit card - avoid this company

Love these covers the quality is fab . I was really impressed at the customer service as i made an error with my order but it was all sorted before posting . Jeff you went above and beyond checking in with me thanks x

Really pleased with my order settee covers are very comfortable and cosy and the snuggle bed is lovely and cosy as well, although our dog hasn't used it yet as it takes her a while to get used to something new she has managed her two front paws in so far haha but I know she will love it.
