Useful for keeping short-term signups out of my real inbox
I use SmailPro mainly for short-lived tasks like signing up for webinars, downloading guides or reports, testing new tools, and collecting newsletters during research. What I like most is that each temporary inbox can be used for one clear purpose, so everything stays separated instead of turning into another messy inbox.
The free plan with five active inboxes is enough for normal use, and the limit actually helps me decide which tasks are finished and which ones still matter. When an inbox is no longer needed, I can move on without exposing my main email address or keeping unnecessary messages around.
I also appreciate that SmailPro is clear about what temporary email should and shouldn’t be used for. I would not use it for banking, payments, account recovery, or anything important long term. But for temporary access links, downloads, product trials, and low-risk signups, it works well and saves a lot of inbox clutter.
Overall, it feels practical, organized, and honest about its limits.
