My appointment was an hour late!…
My appointment was at 2:00pm but I didn’t get seen until 2:55 with no explanation or apology until I enquired as to why I was waiting so long ( they were busy!). Perhaps a simple phone call to let me know they were running nearly an hour late would have helped.

Change of venue
The dentist changed rooms for me so I didn’t have to go up your steep stairs following my hip operation. Alexandra was very understanding and made me feel comfortable
