Josh was absolutely excellent during my viewing. From initially meeting outside the property he was approachable and friendly. Once inside, he allowed me time to have a look around the place before offering helpful and insightful information regarding the property and surroundings. As this is my first time flat hunting, Josh was a real help with my inexperience of viewing properties.

My viewing experience with Josh Shaw was excellent. I immediately felt welcomed and at ease, allowing me to ask genuine questions about the property, without feeling like I was taking up his time. For the most part, Josh knew the answers to my questions, but on the odd occasion that he did not have the answer, he left me confident that he would enquire on my behalf. Overall a really nice viewing experience and I left feeling very positive!
