The sales person completely misrepresented their live call life insurance leads. I paid $514, and received zero phone calls. They made some excuse up that it was not turned on, then I sat all day and received nothing. I told them I have not received the service promised and zero leads, and asked for a full refund. They said they could not refund the leads, and kept giving me excuses. They then kept telling me to "Just try it". Complete scam company. Just look at all the horrible reviews from agents.

Smart Financial is ridiculously bad. I realize online leads are spotty, but at least tell the truth about your lead service! I went through three different reps with them and always a different, changing story. Filters do not work and you won't get refunds for the leads they have AGREED that you would not get. I had a filter for long haul trucking, but I continued to keep getting them. When I asked for a refund, they said you need to buy more leads. WHAT? So I asked, how would you feel if you purchased a product that was defective or completely not as promised, and they asked you to buy 3 more of the same faulty product before they gave you a refund? Umm this is different was the answer. Yes I agree this is different, it's a bait and switch money theft scheme. I had live transfers that called me after 5:00, my cut off. I was out of the office, but they won't refund that either. Their filters don't work, scheduling doesn't work, no refunds for their inept system problems and now they've increased my lead cost from $30 to $67. Not a chance I will continue. They need to raise cost most likely because agents are dropping out of their service.

Used them for leads and they're the only ones I've stuck with so far.

Went looking at different health insurance plans out of curiosity, and ended up on their website. When I requested a quote they persistently called me, and when I answered to get them to take me off their list, a provider called me “dumb” for looking up health insurance prices out of plain curiosity and not out of an egregious need. Annoying calls and poor manners.

I highly recommend to stay far away from this scam lead company due to my experience with them and my colleagues experience with them as well. They mislead me during onboarding and give you a lot of promises they will never deliver on. The AI declines almost all the refunds and then you will chase the employees for weeks, if not, months to review your refunds. They will find every excuse or lie to avoid giving you any or the full amount due to be returned. They want to bleed you dry, not help you succeed!

The onboarding was smooth. Got 4 leads in the first two days. We wrote 3 of them. 5 policies out of 4 leads. We put in for credit for a transfer that disconnected. The refund was instant. So far so good. I have 18 yrs working with lead vendors, and so far so good.

I liked the idea of looking at auto insurance rates all side-by-side to try and find something more reasonable (they advertised companies under $80 a month, and I pay $320). Everything on SnapChat is usually a scam one way or another, but I found myself clicking out of curiosity anyway. Ended up without any quotes and being thrown into loops of giving information, and instead got 24/7 scam calls. Some of them just wanting to buy my car. It was insane!

They took all my property information on their website only to display 3 home insurance listings. When I pick the insurance link, this will prompt again for the same information I already gave to Smart Financial in their form. So I called the SmartFinancial phone number, and they started asking me for the property information again. What was the purpose then to give my information on the SmartFinancial website then? The operator was very demanding and continued asking me questions not letting me explain my concern about me having to provide my info everytime. So I hung up disappointed.

Absolutely furious and beyond disappointed with Smart Financial. If I could give them -20 stars, I would!! Their service is an absolute nightmare, and as others have mentioned, dealing with Jairus Garcia is a disaster. They refuse to address your concerns properly and go as far as blame you for their garbage leads.

My husband and I purchased some leads, and every single one was trash. Most were disconnected numbers or had numbers that were restricted- yet they claim these are "hot leads." When we confronted Jairus about this, he has the audacity to say it was our fault for not working the leads correctly.

To make matters worse, we asked 3 separate times to have our account closed and when that didn't work, I had to call them. Even calling them didn't help. Jairus would dodge my calls and call me days later telling my coworkers that I kept giving him the run around. As you can tell by reading this far, it was always my fault for everything. No accountability on their behalf. Anyway I ended up disputing charges and they went back around and disputed my claim and I ended up having to pay for their crappy leads anyway.

It doesn't end there. They have different agents calling us from different numbers trying to rope us back in, even though I have insistently told them we are not interested in their services. It's beyond ridiculous. Save yourself the headache and run from this company. They don't care about you or your business, they just want the money and will stoop to any level to make sure they get it. This is by far the worst experience I've ever had!

Website keeps prompting for the same info already given. "Last step" "Last step" and it's never the last step. Would never do business with such a scammer.

Be filing a civil suit, they have employees working there with no paper work and zelle them pay after a days work WHICH IS A ILLEGAL , they still haven't paid me my commission as promise but dont worry i have all contact info for clients sold and they will be let go from program once I reach out to them and tell them its a scam and my lawyer will be in contact since you dont wanna pay me on my second payment while u guys make residuals you got the right one because im GOING THE DISTANCE , do not work for this scam company

They call me morning noon and night with different numbers! I keep telling them to put me on do not call list! It’s harassment and it’s illegal to keep harassing me. They are worse than than the paparazzi! I will start calling them over and over and over tomorrow. I can’t wait!!!!! Picked the wrong gal

This company is no good. Selling bad leads for life insurance. out of the 30 leads they sold me I only contacted 2 people out of the 30 leads. One lead that picked up was Identity theft. The 2nd lead has had life insurance for 5 years through Mutual Of Omaha. Smart Financial Claims that these are fresh leads. Paid 600 Dollars and I got nothing out of it. I was a captive agent before I went independent, as a captive agent I sold 5 to 6 aged leads a week with less then 100 calls. Mind you these are aged leads! I worked with aged leads that were 1 to 6 months old I had better chance with them, then with Smart Financial. THIS IS A WARNING TO ALL LIFE INSURANCE AGENTS STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY AWAY.

I would give NEGATIVE five stars if I could! These A@@holes never return phone calls, will hang up on you, refuse to transfer you to a supervisor, and - frequently just hang up for no reason or not even answer the phone. If they treat people like crap when you try to give them your business, imagine what they will be like if you ever have to file a claim!!!!!!!

Unsolicited telephone call. I politely asked if they could remove me from their solicitation list and I was hung up on. I called back to the same number and a different gentleman answer the phone. I asked him if he could remove me from the list and he claimed that he did just then but I doubt it. First person is just a bottom feeder ashamed to be called out by homeowner even though I wasn't going to call him out. Pitiful bottom feeding company and I hope you go bankrupt. More importantly I hope every bottom feeding employee that's signed up to Do Your Dirty Work goes bankrupt as well

I just Watched a video on snap chat advertising for smart financial, they have a guy who used to work at a dealership and is giving away the secret others don't want you to know about finding super cheap insurance. I have seen insurance agents complain because they keep getting leads from smart financial that are supposed to be high quality but the people have no idea why insurance agents are calling them. This is why! They fill out a form from snap chat thinking they are getting insanely low prices. But that's not what they get and instead people are bombarded with calls from different insurance agents who are paying for these leads and then not making any money off of them. Because they are only looking for cheap coverage.
