Fantastic!! From the first enquiry, they were swift to respond and get me a quote for the inspection, A gentleman came round promptly and helped identify quite a lot that was needed. I wasn't sure what to expect but they exceeded any expectations I had. He was friendly, professional and approachable, he let me ask as many questions on while he was going around. If we were ever to buy a new build again, I would be calling KB in to do a full inspection first thing!

Adam is personable and considerate as well as very knowledgeable in the building trade. He goes about his business in a professional, considerate manner without being intrusive.
The report is detailed and to a high standard including drone footage of the roof, thermal imaging and loft inspection as well as the internal and external detail.

Adam was great, he checked every inch of the house and gave a detailed report to send to our builders. He picked up so much in so many places you wouldn’t even think of looking at! From booking these inspection to having the inspections and receiving all the reports the process was simple and clear. Everything was explained and no question was too silly.
