Repairer came out to fix a small dent on my car and when he’d finished and left it turned to a texture like orange peel. Second repairer came out to fix it and buffed it back so much that you could see the base colour underneath my car. In the end after a lot of chasing and arguing the work was fixed by Hilton repairs at a £5k cost to smart repairs. Car is perfect now but I was without my car for months while this was all going on and a lot of stress involved in resolving

Adrian based in Oxfordshire attended to work on a light 5 inch scratch on my new car. Adrian has more thann25years experience and was able to totally remove the ark such that you were unable to see any signs of the marking. Exceptional work carried out speedily and I would not hesitate to recommend Adrian at Smart Repair.

Repeated cancellations after turning up, each time with a different excuse.

First it was the road width (larger road arranged), then a broken generator, and now they say the repair can only be done at an off-road location such as a driveway - something that was never mentioned previously.

The job has now been referred back to my insurer.

Poor communication and very frustrating.

Had a smart repair booked with these guys through the main dealer. Received a call from their office and it was all booked in. Also received an email confirming the appointment. Day before the appointment received contact from Adam and he informed me he would arrive on time as agreed. Adam contacted me on the day as well to reconfirm and gave me at ETA. Adam then contacted when he was an hour away and again when he was 15 minutes away. Adam did a wonderful job and was polite and professional. Thank you Adam for your professionalism.

Alan is highly skilled and a perfectionist. I was most impressed with his honesty. I was about to transfer £480 as quoted after he spent the day repairing a dent in my car, he said no just pay £450 as it took him less time than he had anticipated. An absolute fantastic repair on my 1962 Hillman Super Minx after an accident. I’d used them twice before with excellent results. Repairing a classic car is not normal for them but they took it on and the result was ‘show winning’ ! Nigel runs a brilliant repair service, good comms and fair pricing.

I have just had a repair to the wing of my car, done by Danny Ghundoo from Smart Repair & it now looks like new.

The repair was where I had caught a concrete post, which caused starches on two different sections of the wing, one a candy red & the other a gloss black. Danny arrived just after 11am & got straight on with the job, which only required me to plug in an extension lead for his generator. I could see through my window Danny doing the repair then all the prep work to both areas, including him fully masking the car where needed, then he got on with the painting.

I didn't see how the paint was prepared, but I do know that it is a perfect match, so I am really, really pleased with the outcome. I also have to add that Danny was very professional & very friendly, so I would happily recommend his work to anyone.

So a Big Thank You to Danny, for an outstanding job, & thank you to smartrepairs.co.uk for sending Danny to fix my car today.👍

My car has been having issues on & off for months now. Took it to TP Smart Repairs (having had no luck at another garage). As soon as I arrived the team listened to the issue and a number of them provided suggestions as to what it might be. They worked on a few areas in the hope it will rectify the problem. We don't think its completely resolved, but should I need to have it looked at again, I will be back as the whole team were very helpful and took time to explain their thoughts. Very confident they will find the problem if it arises again.

Had Dave Robinson come round, and did a great job fixing the bumper and also did my alloys which weren't on the job from the insurers originally but got it all sorted. Smashing guy who has a good hand shake and likes to think he's a Brad Pitt lookalike, he was that nice I couldn't tell him he didn't. Would recommend this company to anyone

Looking at the past reviews on this company the 5 star reviews seem to have grown massively over the last few weeks following a couple of 1 star reviews? For me this rings alarm bells? I had a bumper corner painted by this company 4 weeks ago and the colour match is terrible. I have tried to call them but nobody ever answers. Car currently in Mercedes bodyshop and the £1775 bill I am having to pay I will recoup from this company.

Just wanted to write a review and pass my thanks onto Carl for a superb paint repair job on the rear hatch of car. Chipped the paint on a low roof of a carpark causing a small, but really annoying chip. Carl was very professional right from the start, he called the day before and was really honest about the time he expected to arrive. He arrived on time and once he started he magically made the chip disappear. What a great standard of work and if that’s the quality of your technicians and the work they do then I wouldn’t hesitate in using you again. Cheers again Carl, much appreciated. 👍🏻

Nav did an outstanding job repairing the alloy damage on all wheels on my Range Rover. The results were seamless, and you can’t even tell there was ever an issue! Nav did a fantastic job on our VW T-Roc, he arrived when he said he would and he was friendly and polite. He rang us when the job was done and explained what he had done and that we should let the paint harden over three weeks. There was a huge chip out of the wheel arch of the wing and scraping of the panel but by the time Nav finished, it all looked brand new. Thank you, Nav, for such a great job.
