Fantastic service
This is a fantastic service. I was able to post my symptoms in the middle of the night. In the morning got a diagnosis by email and a prescription sent to my pharmacy. The perfect solution for routine, easily diagnosed conditions. So convenient and at €20 it's a lot more affordable than going to the GP also.

SmartScripts - Doctor consultation fast, easy and affordable
SmartScripts made it easy and affordable to get a doctor’s opinion on a worsening condition on the weekend in a foreign country. I was able to pick up a prescription the next day. Communication and transparency were great. Highly recommend. Cheers!

Very good service
I used this service today and was very happy with the service provided.The consultation process was very easy. There was great correspondence from the service.Within 1 hour of beginning the consultation, I had received the prescription from my pharmacy. Very convenient service and will use it again.

So amazing!
The bad reviews worried me as the doctor did in fact take a day to review my case whereas the website said they aim for 2hrs or less and that the service is a third of the price of a regular GP visit, which seemed too good to be true but I rang my pharmacy and they confirmed they have my prescription :)

2 hour wait time is a lie.
Its been 24 hours and no contact despite website saying it would take 2 hours. Seems like a scam.

Never sent script to pharmacy
Paid for the script, they confirmed the script was sent to pharmacy, script was never sent to the pharmacy. No refund received after several emails. Total scam.
