I cancelled my subscription a few weeks ago.

Unfortunately, they are still trying to take my money with Stripe and it's VERY inconvenient to receive a request of $149 for a subscription that I CANCELLED.

The potential is there; however, I couldn't upload my CSV file to test. I uploaded one row, and it said I used 735 credits. Huh? For one lead? That is a rip-off and highly expensive for a bad UI design and zero customer support. Founders have to build reliable products instead of pumping out new features. A user research study may help, too, since I was stuck on the first step. I gave up! They also need to have an option for customers to immediately delete their accounts and data to be compliant with data protection laws.

Scam company. 3/4 of it Doesn't work. Emailed customer support 4 times now and nothing back.

One section kind of works, but the messages they come up with are really lame, not worth the money.

After subscribing to Smartwriter's PRO plan ($350 per month), I expected it to, at the very least, work. It worked OK for the first few weeks but then one day, without any warning it stopped working.

I contacted customer support, and they didn't respond, so I decided to email members of their team on Linkedin. I was passed directly to the CEO, Vaibhav, to whom I described the situation in great detail. He read the email (I have software that checks this) and he didn't even respond.

The definition of a scam is 'to trick someone into giving you money, usually in an illegal way'. I paid $350 to Smartwriter for their service and wasn't even able to use half of my credits because their product isn't working properly. The CEO knows this and hasn't even responded to my email. They quite easily take your money but when something goes wrong then they don't even acknowledge the problem or take ownership. So is it a scam? You be the judge (they still have my money).

The fact that the CEO is aware of this speaks volumes of their ethics as a business and they are a dodgy operation.

Literally doesn't answer their customers on their chatbot. It blows my mind.

Paid for the service. As soon as I paid, it stopped working. My import was stuck after processing 8 records. I reached out to their support team via chat as soon as this happened. Support team was online but did not respond. It's been 5 DAYS since this started, and I have reached out to support daily via chat and email and they have not responded.

Worst part is I can't start any other imports while this was is stuck, and I can't even cancel the import.

I realize things happens, but the fact that their support team actively IGNORES support requests is alarming. Not great customer service.

STAY AWAY. There are better services out there who aren't scummy.

Its a SCAM, don't install or use it.

I feel that Smartwriter.ai is definitely one of the better ones and I like that they stay within a specific niche. Yes they have the blog tools which are good but I like the fact they have alot of cold email tools and are geared towards this niche. They offer icebreakers, email finders and verifiers and email copy. They also offer content expander, growth and ad content and many more features. I feel it is very well rounded and has alot of different features. I would definitely recommend if your into the AI content. I have also used their support and they respond quickly and seem to really care about their customers. I believe this company will go far. I cant wait to see whats to come in the future.

Great addition to any serious outbound outreach workflow. Personalized ice breakers mass generated! Fills a gap that currently takes time or money (virtual assistant). The output has been pretty decent!

This is an amazing tool worth every penny. It writes amazingly well, and not only that it can verify the emails and finds LinkedIn profiles when you enter the "Cold email" section.
Just type a few words, identify your audience and BAM! You have an A.I. generated (or more) piece of content, ready to go that requires minimal changes - and it gives you the LinkedIn profiles and their verified emails too!

Packed with lots of cool features this is an excellent product. I haven't yet fully explored it but whatever I did I like it. I own other similar products like Writesonic and Nichesss this well complements all of them. Especially in writing cool email, this is superb. Well worth the price.

Smart Writer is indeed is very smart helping me write what I need. There are many features one that particularly grabs my attention is its AIDA Framework feature. It’s quite straightforward to work with it. Basically what it requires are 3 simple inputs. And Smartwriter does the rest. Creates content according to AIDA Framework (Attention, Interest, Desire and Action).

Smartwriter is certainly a beneficial Web Content marketing device, it helps you generate high level professional content on-line, all done from your computer. I’ve used his program for a day and a few of my friends have successfully used it for a week or two and would recommend it to anyone looking for an easy-to-use, automated way of writing content to their website, blog, cold email outreach campaigns, and a plethora of other use cases which you have access to.

It's automated and comes with templates, so you are set up to succeed. If you're an expert in the marketing field you'll feel at ease. For beginners like me, the instructions were easy to follow and digest unlike other programs that leave it up to you to figure out how to customize it.

I've used a few different AI writers, but this one seems to have one of the simplest layouts. So far, I'm very impressed.

I haven't been very interested in the cold email marketing. I haven't had much luck with that before, but looking at the blog options, I was very happy.

Not sure yet if I like the limit to the monthly word limits, but I think it should be more than sufficient.

The first time I used it, I put in a description and it came up with a few good titles right away. And I was happy with how it generated the opening paragraph and content structure.

I wouldn't rate it as good as a good writer, but it's certainly better than some of the writers that I've paid. I'm very happy with it for generating a solid start to articles for me to proof and improve.a

What sets Smartwriter really apart is its ability to write cold emails. It is a huge time saver if you write a lot of emails to a lot of people. You just need to input your prospect's URL and Smartwriter does the research work and generate highly relevant copy for that particular prospect. The other feature that differentiates it is the Personalized Ice Breaker Genertor. You can upload a csv file of all your prospects and it generates personalized content. This is amazing feature I haven't seen in other AI content generators. The other positives are the user interface and nice design, support is good and the founder seems to be very serious and passionate about his product. What I don't like about the product is that it uses a credit limit system. If you don't need the email features, then a similar tool such as Nichesss which offers unlimited use might be more suitable. The other thing I would have like to see is a content editor to facilitate speed up the content creation workflow. So you will need to copy from the software and paste in your editor. Work back and forth if you need to expand the content. All in all, Smartwriter is a very good content generator and I would recommend.

Great app! I can now create a great email with ease. I don't need to worry about the details of the email any more! It's so easy to create a great email!! Also, it is a game-changer for me as an e-commerce owner in Shopify because I can Sync to generate high-quality product description and more at the touch of a button.

I find myself to be a pretty decent writer, but when it comes to emails, I have a hard time. One of the main reasons I purchased, Smart writer, was for this purpose. The outputs that the software generated for me sometimes were usable without any changes at all or gave me a great starting point. Yes, there are lots of other software around, but they either don't offer email output or can't even come close to the quality of content generated by smart writer. I don't think I've even scratched the surface with Smart Writers' potential yet, I can't wait to dive in and see what other amazing content I can generate! Pick this up and you won't regret it!

The Ice Breakers are a cool touch and will get open rates soaring. I have Frase and Nichesss also but this does something else as it is mainly aimed at cold email. I would love to see more integrations, especially with SalesRocks, I think that would be amazing and I see that Carsten is already a fan so maybe that could be explored. Looking forward to the refund feature also.

All in all an excellent tool with a very bright future.

Have used a lot of these A.I. writing tools and Smartwriter is on the one and is the Real Deal. Five Star Company super support team for sure don't miss this one..
