Never buy from these scammers. They are not a retailer, when you place an order, they in turn place an order to the actual retailer and charge 20-50% extra.

Overall, zero communication. They moved the shipping date three times already and don’t respond to emails. They mislead customers — I totally don’t recommend buying anything from them at all.

Objednal jsem si online na Smarty.cz zboží v hodnotě 3 300 Kč. Objednávka byla řádně potvrzena a okamžitě zaplacena kartou. Následující den byla bez jakéhokoli vysvětlení jednostranně stornována. Peníze mi ani po 4 dnech nebyly vráceny.

Kontaktoval jsem zákaznickou podporu, kde se mnou komunikoval pracovník, jehož přístup byl naprosto lhostejný a neprofesionální. Nebyla nabídnuta žádná omluva, žádné vysvětlení ani jakákoliv snaha situaci řešit. Přestože jsem jasně uvedl, že se jednalo o vánoční dárky pro mé tři děti, pracovník tuto informaci zcela ignoroval.

Když jsem zmínil, že zvažuji zveřejnění negativní recenze, reakce byla ve stylu „klidně si ji napište“, bez sebemenšího zájmu o zákazníka nebo o nápravu situace.

Zaplacená objednávka zrušena bez důvodu, peníze zadržovány a zákaznický servis nulový. Takový přístup považuji za nesolidní a vůči zákazníkům neuctivý. Obchod Smarty.cz nemohu doporučit a tuto zkušenost považuji za varování pro ostatní.y

Delsi dodani, ale jinak v poradku.

I have shoopped here multiple times. I have bought both new and also used products that have been in quite a great state. I think this is the only place in cz where you can confidently buy used phones that look like A state when they are A rated. Cheers

Czech shop which is trying to be Amazon, but keeps shady practices. I have bought an difuzér from them on the web shop, and it arrived in few hours, but broken. To return it, I have do fill out some form and bring it back to far shop. There I had to dictate what I have already filled out in the form again. So I gave them the info that I want return of the money twice. Once written and once verbally. It is my rights in CZ for web shop purchases under 2 weeks. After a week, I started reciving both mails and texts hat I should pick up a new item. I have called them, they have asked me to write to them, then I have called again, and they call me to call a different number, but not on the weekend, and only then I was able to have them admit that they have wronged me. Meantime the mails and texts prompting me the pick up kept coming. The situation is still not resolved 20 days after the purchase. They choose to ignore the law and trying to wear customer down. I loved how quick they are delivering, but they treat customer as a "mark", and that is unacceptable. I say never again, and watch this space how they will quickly alienate their customers and go down like many CZ business before them. Always try to skin the person once, instead establishing a good relationship with customer who would come back.
