Great efficient customer service
I used whatsapp to find the cover for a wing mirror. Nobody else had it. Checked e bay and all. But I just gave southside my reg and within 3 mins they said I can collect at 10am tomorrow i always use southside all the staff are friendly and have computers for brains they're amazing

My van broke down in Dublin city centre…
My van broke down in Dublin city centre yesterday. I phoned several motor factors and eventually I was told to contact this company. The phone was answered by a human being which was great, I explained my situation, I received a WhatsApp message and it was simple & easy to order the part. I was told the part would be available at 3.30 that evening and it was... I fitted the part myself and got back to Cork. I would highly recommend! 5 stars. Thank you

SMF parking/rideshare difficult.
SMF is a great airport, except for long waits for shuttles and ride share access.
There’s no reason for ride share pick up to be out in the boonies. While Southwest Airlines recommends ride share , the airport makes it very difficult.
