My bite is ruined and Smile Life is ignoring me

I finished my aligner treatment a month ago. Since then I haven't been able to get through to customer service at all. I haven't heard a thing from Smile Life despite contacting them 4 times in the past month to let them know that my bite is crooked, my teeth are rubbing together uncomfortably and I need to have it fixed.
The experience has all in all been horrible with delays to start with, then them sending me two identical kits because they messed up, then many aligners being ill fitting and just seeming very cheaply made with no real attention to the aesthetics when wearing them. But this is the worst, being left with teeth that feel so weird and I can't get any help from Smile Life as they're ignoring me. I definitely wouldn't recommend to anyone! Better to pay more and have dentists take care of your dental concerns because this seems more and more like a scam.

Company have folded????

Up until today my review would have been amazing… I’ve just finished my aligners 2 days ago and was about to pull in the smile guarantee as one tooth just needs a little tweak. Low and behold, it looks like the company has folded by reading these comments. My bottom aligners have been in my mouth for 10 weeks already so are literally hanging on for dear life as it is and I need my retainers ASAP. I feel for those that have lost money. Thinking about it now, I had an email less than two weeks ago trying to rush me into buying the smilecare before my time was up, saying the price was increasing on the 15th Sept. One last ditch attempt to raise some funds?! Glad I wasn’t happy with the one tooth or I might have bought it.

Have SmileLife just disappeared?

I have been trying to get through to Smilelife for over a week, emailing/ringing. I'm on my last retainer which a broke so need new ones ASAP also still not happy with my upper teeth.
Have they gone?

Nobody is home....

I showed up to my baggot street review as i've finished the aligners. The building light was on but nobody home. Rang the bell, knocked, rang customer care - no answer at all. Automated msg from chat is that there are operational issues out of their control. So, my teeth will go back to what they were from last year? 1100 down the drain. How do we go about getting in touch with them?

Make alternate arrangements asap, as there are ZERO reasons for a company to ghost it’s entire customer base for a month other than fleeing with the funds or from ensuing liability claims. Either way, expect no postcards.

Looks like the Smilelife has vanished

Looks like the Smilelife has vanished! Customer service hasn't respond for last 2 weeks. Last communication with them was on 5th September when I did my payment. Since then haven't received any update or the retainers. The total treatment cost me over 2k euro and the teeth back to stage from 6 month ago.
If there more people where affected and scammed we can suit them somehow.

Terrible company

Terrible company. Don’t trust online dentists. My whole mouth has been ruined. I now have to spend thousands on an orthodontist and get real braces in order to get my teeth the way they should be. Don’t do this no matter now tempted you are. Go and see a real person.

Customer Service - where are you???

Paid 1700 & recently paid 110 for replacements three weeks ago. Took two weeks to come for one of them to be completely wrong.
Can't get hold of anybody to fix this problem. I will be looking for a complete refund if this matter isn't solved ASAP.

Gone and no response

Hi there,

It seems your digital service is not working, I cannot book an appointment, I cannot speak with the chat, Emails do not get replied, your app has never worked, your closed during working hours and your terms of service page is also not working. I have been trying to contact you since 13th and to talk to you regarding my issue with the lower aligners. I do not know you can do business like this, If nobody gets in touch with me I wish to terminate and have a refund back!

Not satisfied with the result of the…

Not satisfied with the result of the upper teeth. There was movement of the teeth in the upper row, but there was no significant difference from the start to the end of the treatment. It was a very bad job to say the least.

Paid €1500 euro and have received…

Paid €1500 euro and have received nothing, they have disappeared on social media and are not taking calls, does anyone know what’s going on with them. Feel like an idiot but a friend got on well with them last year so I trusted his recommendation.

Cant get hold of them

Cant get hold of them. My teeth were great when on my last set of alligners trying to get thru but have had no luck. I started alligners in january, its a con. I purchsed the aftercare which hasnt turned up and itsbeen over 40 days they dont reply and have come off social media. Something is fishy

Ordered a kit through their website…

Ordered a kit through their website using a discount code. The order was confirmed however after a few days it was cancelled without reason. When I enquired why, I was told I could not use the code without already being a customer of theirs, despite this not being a prerequisite mentioned anywhere on their website or in the product description.
Will never use due to this, poor customer satisfaction response, avoid.
