Great from start to finish!
Great from start to finish! Really supportive and helpful and has typically quick replies to messages, I was quoted €4500 for metal braces and I’m so glad and relieved that I got clear alingers instead😁 6 months treatment done, recently got my retainers and between my now straight teeth and the professional teeth whitening kit I got from smile life I couldn’t be happier with my new smile🥰 I’m so much more confident with my smile and no longer have to worry about hiding my teeth when I laugh due to insecurity! Thank you so so much, can’t recommend enough😁💛

A great experience
A great experience, so helpful every time I needed something they were there straight away to help me! I had to postpone my first installMent and there was zero issue, when I paid it my alligners were sent out the following day, amazing! On day 4 and they are a bit uncomfortable but that’s only expected, looking forward to my end result 😍

Worst company & customer service ever!!!! Avoid!!!!
Already written a review for SmileLife about my awful experience. I explained to them my job situation when I lost my job, I’ve just got a new job now which is part time retail to get me by as I have other outgoings. No one replies to any emails on the complaints and customer service line. I have sent numerous emails regarding either a payment holiday or payment plan which is AFFORDABLE. They don’t care about people they just care about the money into their business, they have no empathy! They keep sending emails chasing for payments and they keep reminding me my payment is due in a couple of weeks but I’ve sent numerous emails to explain I cannot afford it still given my financial situation unforced circumstances, and yet they don’t even have the decency to reply or bother helping. Disgusted with this company they are awful and I wouldn’t recommend them to ANYONE! Save your money people don’t give into this awful company with the worst customer service I have ever experienced!!!!!

Very friendly and helpful
I found SmileLife great! I only had a minor gap in my teeth that I wanted to fix and it worked well for that, they were straightened within 4 months. The staff were very helpful and friendly and would answer my questions over email within the hour. I was able to do the entire process from my home with video call consultations and an app to show me my progress which was useful during the lockdown. Overall satisfied with the service!

SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ELSEWHERE! Avoid at all costs. There are so many companies out there selling the same product, go somewhere that will offer you value for money and good customer service. This company’s idea of customer service leaves a lot to be desired. They were great up until I paid and got my aligners then they leave you to it. I had no contact when I finished the treatment to see was I happy with the outcome and informing me of how to purchase the retainers. I emailed 3 times before I got a response with a link to purchase the retainers, they weren’t bothered if I was happy or not. I went ahead and bought the retainers however unbeknownst to me the payment never went through (my banks fault not theirs in fairness). A few weeks past and anytime I tracked my order it came up “congratulations your order was received” but never moved on from this so almost a month later I emailed to check where they were and was informed the order never went through. I have emailed the management team to say I wasn’t happy with the lack of contact and customer care even before this point and why nobody got in contact with me to inform me the order wasn’t successful and to try again - I’m still waiting on a response.
Bottom line - you’ve worked hard for your money, it’s not cheap so spend it somewhere you and your money will be appreciated and you know you will get customer care should you have any issues.

Excellent !!! The team at smilelife have been very helpful ..the service they provide is most professional and encouraging.. my IPR tool snapped while using it ..this happened on 2 occasions...I sent an email to the team and they got back almost straight away ..I was apprehensive as I had not got an IPR to use and my teeth required use of it 4 times a week ...smilelife sent out more IPR tools . . Delivered the next morning ...I was slightly annoyed that the first time I had to pay 15 euro ..so I mentioned it . I got 2 extra IPR tools so I was satisfied . ..very quick response 👌 love the fact I get a txt to remind me to check in ..helpful . I am assured that the team are only a phonecard or e mail away for advice and support ..I will be looking forward to my end result ! Thank you

Poor service
Poor service - avoid.
The treatment itself was OK, even if I did not get the full service promised. From receiving innumerable emails from the company, before I signed up for treatment - these immediately ceased once I had made a (significant) one off payment. From the literature which came with the aligners, I note:
"We'll send you emails to help you remember the aligner's process along for asking for check in photos every 30 days for our dentist to evaluate your progress".
I never received this correspondence. Well, actually I did, this week, 8 months after I completed my treatment.
When I pointed this out to a representative of the company, they told me they would look into it, yet I never hear back.
Despite this, I was happy with the end result and wanted to keep up my good results, so availed of the Smile Care service offered, based on what was promised. However, the €197 a year subscription fee is merely a money spinning exercise and a rip off for what it provides. Any differences between the initial aligners and, what the company describes as, retainers are negligible. I noted it was only after I pointed this out, the company put a a big spiel on its website, that was not there previously.
The Smile Care service promises new retainers every six months, yet you have to go and order these yourself - it is not an automatic service. Then, when I pointed out I had not received the promised teeth whitening kit, included in the subscription, I discovered this also had to be ordered separately.
Finally, when trying to cancel this subscription, I had to jump through several more hoops, including being told by the "Head of Customer Services", in an email, to send my email to another address. This coming from the Head of Customer Services! Incredible.

Brilliant investment in your smile
I'm a couple of weeks away from finishing my treatment, and I can't believe the results! The company have been excellent to deal with from the very outset, their customer service is top notch (even if their tech/app isn't 100%) and are always prompt to respond to emails. I can't recommend them highly enough.
