Paid for the service because I was assured it was covered by HSA, it was not. I have asked for a refund since the information was incorrect and they have not responded. Unbelievably disorganized and shady company.

No results!!! Not happy with aligners at all!
I am 53 and have straight teeth. Within the last 4-5 years, a space (diastema) appeared between my upper 2 front teeth and I hate it. So I ordered aligners from Smileie to simply close the gap. After I finished the entire process of aligners all the way to the retainer step faithfully, I still have the same gap! I contacted Brett and was ordered to pay another $200 for additional aligners to try and close the gap. I started this process 08/2024…it is now 03/2026 and I still have the same space between my 2 front teeth. My diastema was not corrected yet I am out $800. Not acceptable.

When I tell you some of the worse and unprofessional people you can ever deal with and that's putting it kindly. I would never recommend anyone to go there I started my journey with them in May and I was never able to used them at all yet they wouldn't give a refund and thought I would keep paying for a product I could use at all I will be trying to file a lawsuit against them for this incompetence because they are illegal and unlawful to think they can take from someone who couldn't use their product

This place is not legit. They advise on their website they will assist in providing the information needed to process through insurance. Over 20 emails and months later they are still refusing to provide the fein needed to process via insurance. Avoid at all measures. Do not do business with this scammer!!!

The customer support is poor, and this company is extremely sketchy to deal with when trying to cancel. I placed an order on September 13 and contacted support just 4 hours later to cancel. The chat agent instructed me to email Smileie advisor Brett Arndt, which I did immediately.

On September 14, Brett replied to my cancellation request, asking for my reason and offering a discount to stay. I responded within one hour, clearly stating that I still needed to cancel and receive a refund (since my Invisalign treatment is under warranty). Brett never responded to this email.

Then, on September 15 at 3:00 PM, Brett used the same email thread to inform me that the impression kit had been shipped — directly ignoring my cancellation request. He knew I had canceled but shipped the product anyway.

No customer should have to go through this or be forced to dispute charges with their bank for such a straightforward cancellation. This is extremely unprofessional and misleading business practice.

I had a really great experience with smileie. The price was great and the steps were easy to do myself. Im really grateful for the customer service and happy with the outcome. Thank you smileie.

2 years of constant time wasting and plans of aligners that made my teeth worse than they was before, the company is very poor quality. Their “doctors/dentist are all based out of India and when you do a call with them they are in their bedroom? No licensed Dentist would do this. If you want a good result and less stress then DO NOT waste your money with this company! I will do another post soon with pictures to show how my teeth went from good to awful using this company

5 star definitely. 1 on 1 customer service with brett is fast, all questions answered, qualifying process was simple, everything was easy really. The teeth whitening tech and ooze is also really good. Imagine going from janky to pearly white teeth in 10 minutes, of course add the teeth whitening to your routine every morning and every night and your teeth will naturally become white. AND the aligners.. currently on my 4th set. My top front we're inverted and my bottom we're all crooked. I can SEE the difference. Honestly, my smile confidence has gone up and AND I paid a really great price for all of this. Way better than smile direct club when I tried that 4 years ago.

USELESS
I spent nearly $150 on Smilie teeth whitening pens. I used them for five days as per instructions. I have done exactly as they have suggested. I have also applied the gel generously for double the time. There has not been any difference to the colour of my teeth whatsoever. I have used other brands of teeth whitener before and saw results after the first use. It is not my teeth or the way I've used it. It was a complete waste of money and time. Do not buy their products, they simply do not work.

useless!6 days?i went through all 3 pens using it EVERY night!no tangible results.To add insult to injury as they say...my dentist just laughed when I told him about the product...that's one of those gimmicks with lights isn't it?all i could do was nod my head.

Vždy som ľutovala, že mi rodičia nedali opraviť zuby pomocou zubného strojčeku. Keď som sa dozvedela o možnosti mať krásne zuby, s neviditeľným strojčekom, hneď som to chcela vyskušať. Moja skúsenosť bola skvelá. Trvalo to dlhšie, ale výsledok stojí za to. Ďakujem Smilie

Not very happy right now. Did my impressions which cost $50. more than others charge. They came out pretty good but they weren't happy with them. I have to do over and pay for more putty..$25 more. Why should I have to pay more? What if they don't like these? Then another $25? Should lower the price of the impressions. I think I will pass on these..

Excellent customer service with online chat and our Smileie Advisor (Brett). The impression kit arrived promptly and the instructions were clear. We had no difficulty creating the molds. Treatment has not started yet but so far, this has been a wonderful customer experience.

So far, so good. Everything has been on point and our advisor, Brett, has kept us informed step by step. Time will be the overall telling factor of how good the experience really is. As of now, I would highly recommend Smileie for clear aligners.
