I really didn't like the increase in price from £18.50 to £25.00 per packet.

Sub-standard product
I put a note on my recent order complaining about the dryness of the previous cigars ordered.
It was ignored.
The most recent delivery was no better ie outer wrapping flaking off.
You need to address the issue rather than ignore it.
