I ordered Sharrow menthol tips
I ordered Sharrow menthol tips, I got the correct size for all but one bag, but no menthol smell. They are not the usual Sharrow tips that I am used to. There was also one bag of slim tips in place of the correct size, useless to me. Very disappointed with the buy. It feels like they are making them in-house and failing.

Overcharges postage fee
I would rate this company very highly, but they are deciving customers by charging us £8 for expedited delivery, but my parcel came 1st class large letter via royal mail costing approximately £2.35p stealing £7.65p from me. Considering the cost of living at the moment this is a disgusting lowlife move.
The company advertised a method and service for delivery but used a different method and service, gaining almost 400 % profit of the price I was charged for.
The gentleman on the phone was very abrupt and rude and was dismissing my complaint, I.e " you've got your parcel what's your problem" my problem is you've deceived me!!!!
Make sure you double check that your not being charged 4 times the value for postage.
Smoke lounge you will more than likely get a letter of claim from myself.
