Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Outstanding level of customer care and service. I had a query regarding the upcoming availability of the organic salmon, they were super quick in responding by email. Then they had a question regarding my order and phoned me to clarify. Very efficient and pleasant.
The smoked salmon is hands down the BEST I have ever had. A friend recommended them and I will definitely be reordering regularly. Without doubt it was worth the price and I will be recommending them to others.

We are not really sure what you mean with salmon ribbons, and honestly it's the first time we hear this kind of complain. Truly scrumptious - highly recommend
Excellent customer service. Beautiful packaging and exquisite salmon - we got the tasting bundle and added yuzu mayonnaise which we devoured along with the blinis. Truly scrumptious and worth every penny for the quality, sustainable fish and the thought that went into making the packaging and even the cool packs recyclable! We’ll be back for more!
