Smokin' Brothers is an artisan smokehouse in the Cotswolds, founded by three Italian friends and supplying premium smoked salmon to high end restaurants restaurants including Michelin starred, independent delis, and home customers across the UK. We smoke responsibly farmed Scottish salmon from Wester Ross, and also offer an organic range; both salmon are raised to strict welfare, 100% natural feed, and the highest environmental standards. Every side is hand-cured, slow-smoked over juniper, beech and oak, and hand-trimmed in our Cotswolds smokehouse. Dear Wendy, all the orders you placed with us were successfully sent and successfully delivered on the date you selected. We have DPD pictures of all the parcels delivered, we refunded to you only the dill sauce in one of your orders as we were unable to include it due to delay of our suppliers, everything else was delivered. I really hope you will consider removing this review as it is highly damaging for our brand and overall rating. The 14 day dry age salmon
The 14 day dry age salmon was quite tasteless when uncooked, which I was quite disappointed in. We did cook the salmon and added salt, pepper an lemon and this improved the taste and texture. I have bought the smoked salmon on previous occasions and this has always been very good

Dear Stuart, the 14 dry aged salmon is meant to be cooked and seasoned, it is not a smoked product and it is not part of our smoked category. I am assuming you wanted to buy our smoked salmon but instead you ordered by mistake the aged salmon, I hope you will consider cancelling this review as it is highly damaging for overall rating and there was no fault from us, we delivered successfully what you ordered. Amazing salmon but expensive delivery
Your salmon is absolutely amazing. The only reason why 4 stars is the delivery charge. I have a small fridge/freezer, so the only way for me to order is smaller quantity. But almost £9 delivery charge makes it not worth it.
I wish there was as an option of cheaper delivery or a way to be able to buy it in different locations in London.

SB’s whole side sashimi cut smoked salmon is tender non oily and tastes sublime. It’s our go to purchase for smoked salmon and never fails to hit the spot. Needless to say it doesn’t last that long! Jonathan
