Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals Avis 

Very Satisfied with one exception: Exact location not revealed till two days before arrival.

This is one of the best trips my family had in a long time. Great location. The cabin was fully equipped with everything you need. Very clean and spacious for a family of sixteen!!! Lots of things to do and entertainment. Cabin filled with games so the kids can be entartain at the cabin. I will truly book this again!!! Thank you soo much for hospitality.

We really enjoyed our stay but the cabin could have been cleaner. (Dust on log walls in various places)

Had a real good time in October at the movie cabin ...looking forward to spending time in the lodge in June

I will keep this short, first I made the reservation online with a credit card that had not been used in almost two years, immediately after using the card to make the reservation, I had fraudulent purchases on my card, indicating (at least to me) that the website is not secure. The company's website does state that check in is 4pm and after. It was definitely after for us, when we arrived at 5pm, the cleaning crew were still in the cabin cleaning. I called Colonial Properties to inform them and Brenda informed me that the cleaning crew had ran into traffic (this was curious to me because we had actually arrived into town at approximately 3pm and tried to waste some time before going to the cabin and we saw no traffic issues). Brenda also informed me that is why check in is 4pm OR AFTER. I can understand that issues arise that could cause the cleaning crew to be late, but not offering an apology or any kind of communication to inform me that the cabin was going to be late to being ready to me is unacceptable. I would like that customer service should be Colonial Properties too priority. I can tell you that I was definitely not appreciated as a customer with Colonial Properties.

Pictures showing the cabin were misleading. It was on a busy main road traffic ran all day and night. The view from the back porch was the back of houses.

Great cabin and very clean. The drive way is not motorcycle friendly.

Had a great experience from beginning to end. The booking of the cabin was easy, and when we had a small maintenance issue, they sent someone out to fix it straight away. Everyone was friendly, and provided me with great customer service. Can't wait to stay with Colonial Properties again.

had a great time cabin was bigger than i expected. there is a nice area upstairs to play pool(we don't play)but,still an option. after playing on the mountain all day the hot tub was what we needed thanks. was really taken back by the devastation we had to drive thru to reach our cabin we wish everyone well thanks again

So beautiful! The best cabin we have ever been to I'm not exaggerating either close to all the attractions , such nice people can't wait to plan another trip !

First experience with this company but so far I have been satisfied with my treatment and their responsiveness. If this continues thru the entire rental process then it may go to 5 stars.
