Colonial Properties Cabin & Resort Rentals Avis 

Brought my girlfriend up to goodness and mercy cabin for her birthday where we got ingaged. It was an absolute awesome time. We had a blast, and the accommodations of the cabin was perfect for our romantic weekend getaway. Thank you and we look forward to doing future business with yall

We havent made our trip yet and there was confusion on the first cabin that we reserved but I called the next day and reserved another.Just make sure that when you reserve that it goes through.After that I am excited about our visit

My experience was great and your customer service is excellent.

Cabin was beautiful, getting away with family was priceless. Close but not close. Upon arriving, there was used soap in bathroom, bathroom sink was dirty and trash in trash can. Hot tub (big draw) was at 75 degrees. Took all night to get up to a useable temp and didn't stay warm long. Wifi password didn't work. Maintenance came down the next day and left us the password but after that even the router didn't show up for us to connect.
So glitches but over all we had a blast and would go back.

After looking for days, There are a couple of reasons I picked this company. Their website was the easiest to navigate with the amenities we were looking for. The prices were fair to the other cabins. Plus we have exactly everything we want. The only thing I do not like is the name of the cabin. LOL - I looked at this one last because of the name I assumed it wasn't for our family vacation. Wouldn't you know it, it the one we choose. It's called Hanky Panky. We have had a lot of fun with this already with our adult friends and family but haven't told the kiddos. We are looking forward to our trip in July.

Excellent experience so far. We are planning our trip to Gatlinburg for early June 2017 and recently paid our deposit for the cabin. We are looking forward to working with Colonial Properties.

This company was very thorough in how they categorized each of their cabins. The prices were fair to the cabin that an individual would want. Also, in booking the rental, the policy is very understandable and the process of booking the cabin was simple. Very nice company and the site was easy to navigate through the many cabins available.

Easy to navigate, great details and pics of the cabins!

The cabin is very nice and very well equipped. The shower is great with lots of hot water. The back porch is very private and the lot is fairly private as well. The cabin is pet friendly which we appreciate but there is not much of a yard for the dogs and it cuts off pretty steep on the sides. The driveway is steep and covered in loose gravel, not ideal for dog walking. Our least favorite part was the pool table. Although it seemed to be a nice table we were unable to actually "play" on it. Not enough room at all. Would only be suitable for small children who aren't really into actually playing pool.

Our rental is scheduled for May so we haven't been there yet. It was helpful to be able to reserve our cabin on line, but we were stumped when we were required to *sign* our credit card charge and rental agreement. We had to call the next day and ask a lovely and helpful lady how to go about doing that and she walked us through. How fun! I didn't know my computer could do that!

The Cabin was absolutely gorgeous as pictured. Cabin had everything we needed and more. No hastle check in map and key code were sent in a timely manner. Our only issue was bird poo all thougout the cabin as the cleaning crew left the patio door open prior to our check in. It was gross that one of our guests went to lay on her bed after dinner directly into dried bird poo. On a good note some one came out immediately and cleaned it once reported. Also the cleaning crew came @ 10:30 our check out was at 11 I thought they should have waited to come after 11 or exactly at 11 we felt a bit rushed out. Good overall experience.

This is the first time I made reservation with this company but making reservations was easy and discounts offered.

It was great. We really enjoyed it. My kids enjoyed the games and the hot tube. The cabin is fantastic and really comfortable. 2 families can stay there without a problem . It makes me feel like I'm at home.
