Don’t bother , the customer service is shocking!!!! Food isn’t that great and customer service person is rude and doesn’t care at all , just thinks that coz they are okay to him then the sweets should be rock hard for everyone else

Bought some smiths bacon fries from snacks online
Items had good use by date. Items arrived within 2 days
Well packaged will be buying more from this company

Avoid at all costs

Paid above what should be paid for delivery, this didn’t get close to my items arriving in time. When package did arrived it was poorly package and 2 of the 3 items were missing.
As you can imagine, no responsibility taken for delays or support offered (always the chosen couriers fault). A small % of my total cost was refunded due to the missing items.

I will never use this company again.

I’ve ordered 3 times from this company, as it’s only place I can buy the toffee I like. Each time it is dispatched next day and arrives the day after; and this is with the free postage option too!
I hardly ever leave reviews but the customer service here is excellent and long may they stay in business…..

We are regular customers and order every few months. The choice is huge and our orders are getting bigger and bigger! Sometimes what we want is not available, but we can set up notifications for when it is back in stock. Prompt delivery via Royal Mail and great packaging, especially with cans and fragile items.

Delivery was prompt and comms regarding dispatch and delivery was good, but 3 weeks BB dates on 50% of the crisps/snacks is not acceptable.

Broke my teeth soo it’s going to cost around £3800 to repair my teeth , the don’t care, but you supplied me them !

Ordered a few times from Snacks Online and each time the box arrives within a couple of days! Good quality snacks and super cheap.

Placed order, then within 10 minutes - yes, under 10 minutes! - received an 'Order Shipped' notification with daily Royal Mail delivery updates. All products ordered taste fresher and crispier than supermarket-bought - as per title, magic!

I had my snacks from snacks online and I absolutely love shopping with them because I can buy this i can't get from the shop themselves most definitely recommended and worth the money and five stars to I'm just gutted that they have stopped selling my peanut butter puffs I absolutely love love love them they are really really nice and I can't get them anywhere else online or the shops but I will most definitely buy from snacks online again when I run out and hopefully they'll have peanut butter puffs back in stock ❤️

ordered 21 x 150g bags of vimto jelly babies
all they had, can't find these anywhere locally so buy a load of them when I can find them.

I received 21x 120g bags
which means I'm missing 1/5th of my order

I emailed them as was told 'send them back for a refund' ... which was a bit pants 2bh

I didn't want to pay for their error, but they did then add that they can provide a pre-paid label, which is fair enough

but... I'd have thought that a token gesture refund would have done it, but that wasn't offered.

also.. i can't send them back cos people ate some before I noticed their error.

I do believe it was an error and not a genuine scam, but this could have been handled a little better and I'd have been left with a better opinion of them, so now I'm likely to never use them again, unless I simply can't find any vimto jelly babies aaaaaaanywhere else.

Excellent company, would highly recommend and will definitely be a returning customer. Brilliant service and fab range of products.

First order was the beef KP crisps 48 box , second order the cheese and onion box. Both faultless. The beef crisps from KP are tasty. Delivered quick. No problems. Will keep ordering from this company.

Blocked me from future orders because courier fails to deliver twice.
To be fair I wasn't going to order from these again because of this.
Being in sales majority of my working life,this is a classic example of how not to treat customers. Basically its saying products haven't arrived, so your banned from ordering again.

I bought some stuff from here for Christmas gifts and I was so impressed at the quality and speed of delivery. Good prices, no issues at all. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Both boxes of crisps delivered next day, cheaper than elsewhere and both boxes plenty of date

100% recommend, placed a large order yesterday and its just arrived. Placed well, everything in order, nothing missing.

I love Snacks Online - it's my go-to website for all things snack related (especially crisps). Great customer service - Frank ships the orders promptly and will even add a note for you, if the order is a gift. I often order full boxes of crisps for my parents, who are crisp addicts too!
