Do not buy from here ordered on the 30/03 and paid for delivery of 3-5 days. Order is still in pending and have not had a reply to any emails sent. I am now waiting on the bank to see if I can get money back as never received item or response from email on website.
I was looking to buy a snake ring for my girlfriend and I encountered this website. It seemed to be a UK based company because of the '.uk' in the website URL. However, it is NOT a company based in the UK, it is a company based in CHINA (as far as I can ascertain). It does have a correspondance address in France too on their site, but the product was shipped from China. In hindsight I realise I should have questioned this element why it wasn't 'co.uk'.
Another fraudulent part is their reviews section. They do not have any legitimate reviews. They use the same green stars which are iconic to this website Trustpilot to fool you that they are reviewed by Trustpilot. They are not at all.
Okay so, the buying experience; I had an awful experience buying from this charlatan company. I emailed them asking when could I expect delivery as my girlfriend lives in Norway and I wanted to receive the gift before my trip (it had already been two weeks and I hadn't even received a notification confirming my order). Eventually, they responded and said it could take up to 30 days. I wasn't too bothered by this, but this is where it gets ridiculous.
After receiving my package - which took about 30 days to receive - It had an address on it that the parcel had come from China. I opened the parcel and they had even given me the wrong ring. I was disappointed by the entire experience and just wanted my money back by this point. I offered to send the ring back so long as I could receive my money. After emailing them several times (because no one was responding to my emails) I finally got a response. They said that their refund policy is 14 days and I had missed it. So basically, there is no refund policy, since it took 30 days to receive my package, and as soon as I opened it, I could not refund it since it had passed 14 days of my order. Please note I emailed them within 2 days of receiving the package. I explained this to them and only after threatening them of consequences did they say they would consider a refund. But there was zero effort on their part to chase this, despite numerous slow responding emails. So here I am hoping this review reaches other people who are considering from buying from them. Avoid this company at all costs.
