This is the worst platform...i ordered a book and they haven't given my book yet.There customer helpline number is also unreachable,the site of customer helpline is also not loading.On asking the delivery man,I get to know that they are Not sure if they would serve us the responsibility of reaching the book safely and are saying to come to their hub to catch the order...is it a good service!!!!!Never happened to me in any of the other platforms like Amazon..This was my first order and first impression is the last impression..they destroyed it...even the heads of the service are talking so rudely...kindly not to use this app...#FakeSnapdeal......fakeeeeeee!!!!!!!the app is also not working and showing that the delivery man has arrived and I didn't pick the order which was incorrect..they r delaying the dates of delivery... irresponsible staff..never experienced such a poor experience#FakeSnapdeal

Firstly, they described 2 quantity on the order page but delivered only 1 and also changed the quantity on the order page.
Secondly, the delivery happened at 10:30 PM that's also unprofessional.
Thirdly, they ask for ID proof from the customers if want to return or exchange that is also very weird.
Overall, this was my last purchase on this platform, will never order again.

I was very happy with the Snapdeal before but my recent unpleasant experience has totally ruined their image. I never thought that Snapdeal can go to this low level.
They have held my refunds of one product, a T- shirt which has a 7 day return policy by giving the reason for heavy returns. I have ordered a cotton T-shirt in olive color with a typography GIP written on the front but they have sent a polyester fabric solid t-shirt of green chutney color. In other cases, they have sent a blue t-shirt while the ordered t-shirt was green. Whose mistakes are these? Is the customer responsible for these mistakes? If a customer returns these products, how can Snapdeal blame the customer for heavy returns? If the same products were not available, they should say not available but what's the point in sending different products and then to blame the customer and hold their refunds. They can suspend my account for future orders or put a condition of return fees which they shouldn't' but how they can hold current order return refunds which are having 7 day return policy. I have followed up with their customer care also but the same reason gives for heavy returns. Even I have sent the email to the grievance department also but they have not even acknowledged the original email and reminder email also. Even they don't have auto reply facility also.
I will wait for a few days and then going to address my concerns to the consumer forum. But these experience is eye opening for other customers also. Not reliable at all. To cover up their financial losses, they have gone to these low level in holding valid refunds.

What a cheap apps after ordering the product of jeans and now the size is not fit in me so i cancle the product and returned now they didnt acept what a apps woww if ur really reading my message responed snapdeal.com and the product is shown in the image is not same after receiving the product its different improve your apps otherwise delete

My order return pick up was on 12th September 2025 and it is still not yet picked up by 24th also.
They don't answer the calls nor reply too .

Total scammers. I'm based in UK. Ordered and paid for an item. It never came. They confirmed receipt of my payment, however, no delivery updates or tracking details. I contacted them various times and got responses but none saying when I will get my item. Reported to bank who reimbursed me fortunately. Total scammers.

Snapdeal uses Ekart Logistics (supposedly a Flikart subsidiary) to ship its products to customers. Ekart delivery agents are scammers. I got conned into paying cash for a payment that I had already made online. As I order a lot online, I thought I had made a mistake, so I paid him and received the item. I had done this with many other e-commerce companies. When I called or emailed customer service, all companies promptly refunded my duplicate payment, except snapdeal. Snapdeal said once they hand over to Ekart, their responsibility ceases. Ekart claimed I paid for a different shipment and not the snapdeal item. I was scammed. Stay far away from Snapdeal, Flipkart and anyone who uses Ekart as their shipping company. You are 90% likely to be scammed one way or another. Good luck.
