I had a great experience with my purchase, but what truly stood out was the customer service. From the moment I reached out with a question, the team was incredibly responsive, kind, and genuinely helpful. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free, which honestly makes all the difference. It’s rare to find a company that cares this much about their customers. Great product, Great company

I purchased the mouthguard on November 11th 2025. A few days later I started using it. I used it for approximately a month when it started slipping off my upper teeth. After remolding it twice I contacted SnoreLessNow for any suggestions to get it to work. My email was answered by co-founder Chris Garvey. He was very empathetic and offered to send me a new upper piece at no cost which I accepted. The new piece was sent immediately and received in a couple of days. Chris was also in contact to make sure I received the replacement and how it was working out.

After wearing the replacement for a couple weeks I started experiencing some tooth pain wearing it for 3-4 hours a night and emailed asking for suggestions.

My email was answered this time by Robert who I worked with the rest of way. He suggested I drop down a strap number to see if that helped and it did!
After using the device for about another month it started slipping off my upper teeth again.
Robert responded with a list of reasons why I could be experiencing the problem.
#4 on the list was bruxism(teeth grinding).
Bam! I have bruxism. It said bruxism was a contraindication for the device. I didn't remember seeing that prior to purchase. Before I had responded Robert had offered to send a complete set (upper and lower) to give it one last try again at no additional cost.
After telling Robert about my bruxism he said that was "No problem " and offered to send me the set for one last try or to go ahead and initiate a refunded under the 120 night guarantee.
I accepted the one more, last chance offer.
When I asked about the 120 night guarantee status he said it was still in effect.
After about another month, my bruxism was too much for the device and it started coming loose again.
Once again I emailed Robert and told him,regrettably, I didn't see this working out for me. He completely agreed with my assessment of the situation and immediately initiated my refund. The refund posted to my account in 2 days! I want to thank Robert and Chris for their incredible help and support with trying to make this work.
Even though the mouthguard didn't work out for me, it's well made and the company stands behind their product.
Highly Recommend!

I have been using this product for over 2 months

I have been using this product for over 2 months and it has radically changed the quality of sleep I am having. I used a snore app to monitor my sleep before and after this product and the results were staggering. 37 sleep score went down to a 9 and a 4. Even get 3 scores sometimes. The amazing things is not just that the product works, the customer service is beyond amazing. Quick replies, totally support their product, and happily resolve and any questions you have. Through not fault of there own, i needed to replace something and they did it immediately and at no cost to me! You only know how good a company is when something goes wrong and boy do they hit it out of the park with their customer support. If you snore, get this! If it does not work, they give you your money back. You have nothing to lose!!! (I am not sure about the other reviews here on customer service issues. I have 2 separate contacts with them and they have been above and beyond on replies, support, and sending product.)

Best in Class - this shit works

So far, this is the absolute best device on the market. Been a customer for 2 years and I've purchased 2 so far plus a replacement set of straps and the pillow. It's a game changer for married life but, even when sleeping solo, I don't go without it because it genuinely improves my sleep quality.

The straps make the device the most adjustable on the market as well. Having a more foregiving range of motion means less bite shift and jaw pain. Some competitors are adjustable, but the range is smaller and the mechanisms prone to breaking. You'll feel the harsh pressure on your teeth and jaws every morning. Snorelessnow's little plastic straps are kinder, durable, and easy+cheap to replace.

I've used ZQuiet, SnoreRX, and SnoreLogic just to name a few. Each of them had pros and cons but ultimately they fall apart on me. If you have bruxism (teeth grinding) the anti-snore device market is simply not durable. I've had items wear straight through or the glue between the soft and hard sections comes apart, usually within a month or two of wear, making even the cheapos a steep investment over time.

But the snorelessnow device holds up. My previous one lasted for a year... and it definitely took a beating, but even with multiple cracks, it did the job well enough that I was slow to replace it even after the new one arrived.

One reviewer said your teeth fall right out, that'll happen with any molding device if you don't get the mold right, and make sure your teeth and the device are clean every night. The only way to routinely do "better" than this is to get a custom piece made by a dental office for hundreds of dollars... and it won't be an anti-snore device because they don't make those; they will try to sell you a cpap though.

These guys have been so kind and offered multiple rewards and discounts over the past couple of years but I genuinely want to pay them because I need them to stay in business :)

It's a scam

It's a scam. Cheap plastic, useless process to mold the device that you will be unable to then keep in place. If you open your mouth your teeth slide out of the device.

Customer service is non-existent and ghosts you. Avoid and save your money.

Money back guarantee is not valid

They claim to have a money back guarantee and free returns, but this is not fully true. For example, when purchasing their anti snore mouth guard for $120, they claim a 120 day money back guarantee with free return. However, when I attempted a return they told me there is a new item deduction of $120, so the return amount would have only been the tax paid. As well, they tried to charge me for shipping.

The one that does the job

After trying several snore less devices, this is the one that was able to keep my teeth in place with their customization feature. Just the right shape and size to wear all night. No more sore teeth !!!!

This thing blocks the nose and does not free it. Just put it in, could not breathe normally and immediately threw it in the trash.
Then I pulled it out of the trash and wrote to them to get a refund. I'm waiting for a response but I think they will not refund the money.
