Received bottle of gel base and will not open despite hot water so useless unable to use. Would like new bottle sent.

Dear Hayley, 1x SNS Gel Base 15ml replacement has been sent to you via Auspost . Regarding the bottle that you were not being able to open, we would suggest that you immerse it in hot water with the following steps :
immerse the bottle (including the cap) in hot water for 5 minutes. Do not force the bottle open to avoid injury or damage.
Remove the bottle from the water and cover the cap with a clean towel to protect your hands and improve grip.
Gently twist the cap to open it. We hope this helps.

Immerse the bottle (including the cap) in hot water for 5 minutes. Do not force the bottle open to avoid injury or damage.
Remove the bottle from the water and cover the cap with a clean towel to protect your hands and improve grip.
Gently twist the cap to open it.
Prevent the Cap from Sticking in the Future with the following steps:
The primary reason for SNS bottle caps sticking is dried product residue (gel, base, top coat) left on the threads of the bottle or inside the cap.
Wipe the bottle neck and cap threads clean with a lint-free cloth or a small amount of acetone immediately after each use.
Ensure the cap is screwed on properly to create a good seal, but avoid overtightening.
Store the bottle upright in a cool, dry place.
By regularly cleaning the bottle neck and using the proper opening technique, you can prevent future issues with stuck caps. Hope this helps.

AMAZING
This is the only nail product apart from nail polish I can wear as highly allergic to other products with really bad chemicals. This product is amazing I can do in the convenience of my own home. Thanks for creating your range. I love it. Janet

The base arrived .. used?
It took me 20 minutes to open the lid (yes, following all the instructions with hot water etc)
When I opened, a huge ring of hardened base was around the neck of the bottle, like it was opened and used before..
Then the brush had a few bristles stuck together and nothing helped with that…
I guess someone used it, returned it for whatever reason, and they sent it to me… terrible experience
